I couldn't find a complete youtube video of the entire song (in a single video), so I'll just give you the name and let you go from there.
Pelican - "March to the Sea" (Preferably the 21 minute version, not the 12 minute version)

Dream Theater did a great cover of this on their last album. My pick: I'd also post "Voyage 34: Phase 1" and "Arriving Somewhere But Not Here" but I can't find any complete videos that aren't cover versions.

Fairytale by Shaman. This isn't the full version, but it's the best live version I could find.
and Dance of Death by Iron Maiden. I think this was the first really epic song I heard live, so I've got a big soft spot for it.

I feel I must mention a Springsteen song in here, to go for one of his oldies, I have to say Jungleland is epic in an amazing way,
And to go for a more recent one: Outlaw Pete
Ah I love the man.

Not as long as others. I am not a U2 guy, but after not hearing this song for a while it stopped me cold in my tracks when I heard it on the radio the other week.

"A Day in the Life" - The Beatles (a short-form epic, but epic nonetheless)
"Nothing Else Matters" - Metallica (and I usually can't friggin' stand them)
"The Hands That Built America" - U2 (the film soundtrack version for Gangs of New York, not their album version)
"White Room" - Cream (if only for one of the most awesome openings to any song ever)
Having a hard time thinking of any others now, but maybe later.
