I also want to add all the GC WWE games(sans Wrestlemania X8) since they always seem to be treated like the bastard step child in comparison to the Smackdown games. To me they're pretty much a modern No Mercy with a few tweaks and does some things better than the SD games. I also liked how advanced some of the A.I. was in those games. If you couldn't keep up with the speed of Goldberg or Mysterio then you'd get beat against them no matter who you picked. At the same time, you try to go all Hogan/Warrior against Show or Taker and it would be a similar fate. You had to play the same style as the character you picked and counter the style of your opponent, unlike Smackdown where grapple moves seem to do that for you and three punches from anyone knocks anything down. As for myself, SSX 3 as an extreme sports game gets it's due, but it is honest to God one of my all-time favorite games ever made, and I am so far from a snowboard or extreme sports freak. I also think for all the "3D Sonic sucks" talk that goes around and how cool it seems to be, Sonic Adventure 1 was pretty good (as long as you dodge the glitch-filled DX on Gamecube), and SA2 is on par with the 2D Sonic's in my opinion. Even as someone said earlier, Sonic Heroes was pretty good too (as long as you went Gamecube...the PS2 one was bug filled with rockets and jumps that didn't line you up and sent you off a cliff and so on). The 3D Sonic games never sucked until it got to Shadow the Hedgehog. Mario Golf on Game Boy Color>every other Mario Golf game out there.

Damn, am I glad to see some appreciation for the first couple of 3D Sonics. Particularly Sonic Heroes, which I think is woefully underrated. Granted, I've only played the Gamecube version...but that's the version anyone should play, really.

I mean, the PS2 was the most popular the console at the time so it does kind of make sense in a way. But I digress. I suppose you could add Super Mario Sunshine to the list. I have a love hate relationship with the game, but I've been appreciative of it recently.

Ghosthunter on PS2. It had RE4's gameplay before RE did, and it was a tribute to Ghostbusters, with Rob "Narf" Paulsen as the voice of Laz. One of the best looking games of last generation as well.

Crackdown. I had a real blast playing through. This, and Shadow of the Colossus for the PS2, while a sequel is unlikely I would love it if they gave it a God of War Collection treatment and made it HD. and Power Stone rarely gets talked about these days too.

Digimon World 2. That game was leaps and bounds better than the first piece of garbage game they put otu.

I always loved UN Squadron for SNES, and I don't know about anywhere else, but around here it's not very well known.

I'll second the Revolution X and Beyond Good and Evil games. I also want to mention Brunswick bowling for the PS2. That was as realistic a bowlnig game your gonna get on the PS2.
Also Mickey Mouscapade for the NES.

Justice League Heroes, if only because of the dialogue.

Justice League Heroes, if only because of the dialogue. "I'm the Fastest Man Alive. You're the slowest gamer ever!" OH MAN! I want to throw my hat in with those who said the PS2 Punisher game, but I also completely agree with this! Justice League Heroes actually had some great dialogue and solid gameplay! Green Arrow (During the time when the JLA base has been taken over) "Missles? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) Who puts missles in their own base?" Batman: "It seemed like a good idea at the time."

The Shining Force 3. And hell 1 and 2 along with SF CD. Most of the pre-online Phantasy Star games.
