I played as Heavy, because he tends to fit my playstyle with shooters more than most. Ah, Heavy. I remember the first time I played Heavy, 'twas boring to me, too.

Okay, you guys are (I assume) knowledgeable (and, more importantly, I'm WAAAY too lazy to go ask elsewhere) with this kinda stuff, and I got the Arcade console today (all 256 MB of memory), so I guess I have two very important questions.
1) Is it possible to hook my 360 up to my computer monitor because I'm a lazy bastard? <.<
2) Would a regular external HD work, or would I be an utter moron to try?

Microsoft, being the crafty bastards they are, have the 360 set up to where only their proprietary hard drives work like they should. Now that doesn't mean you can fiddle around with their hard drives and fit in a drive with more storage, but that isn't something I know how to do. MS has this set up like this for two reasons: 1) It helps slow down piracy a LITTLE bit. 2) It allows MS to rake in the money. As for the first one, you should be able to. I've seen people use their HD computer monitor as their TV.

Alright, thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I'll have to actually check Wal-Mart and EB Games to see if they carry the HDs up here, since their online stores have both laughed at me for looking. Cookie? *offers tray* ^_^

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend even trying to rig up a non-licensed HD if you plan to ever take it online. You'd likely have to not only format it correctly but match the HD size to the 20-60-120-250. It seems like something they'd have covered in their mandatory updates and if not, something they will eventually. I mean, they blocked out third party memory units.

The last time I bought a third party memory card/drive it worked for about a few months until one day it stopped saving game data and if I am not mistaken I lost whatever prior saves I had on it. Since then, I've only purchased first party (stuff made by Microsoft and Sony) for hard drives and memory cards. It may cost more but it's totally worth it in the long run.

Heavy is probably the most boring class IMO. I usually go Scout & sprint in to capture whilst my team distracts.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I got an XBox and then a 360, no need for them. Then again, my previous system before that was an N64. Most of my friends had ones and the third party memory carts were notoriously bad. Especially the one with the red label that made a bunch of variants like big 16x ones with A-D and 1-4 switches and rumble paks. My friend's like that quit working which had almost all the crap for three of our Warzone fed. He threw it against his cement wall in rage, it bounced off hard to the ground by his feet. He picked it up and slammed it into the controller... and it actually loaded.

Sure, it was pretty reliable, but what's the point when a single saved game of... pretty much anything takes up most if not all the space on the freaking card?

Well I got the 12-month Xbox Live Gold messenger kit for Christmas, so I got the messenger keypad, 12 months of Live, and PGR4. Yay!
Oh, and I now have over $120 in cash and gift cards, so if I don't any of the games I wanted from my step-grandpa, I'll just buy a couple of them.

Yeah, the messenger kit is on my shortlist of things to snag. I need to re-up live fairly soon March-May, I forget as I added a month or two from a live cam and I think my friend gave me a card worth a month as he just pays his by credit card. Plus, I want the messenger kit.

Jockeys seem to have it out for me. Every other type of infected attacks my AI team mates & me equally, but I have yet to see a jockey hump them. It's annoying, especially with the range of his leap. I have yet to do verses, but he looks like he would be awesome to play as.

I am visiting my folks in Cali until the 9th. My 360 is back in Texas. Plus, I gotta re-up my gold. When I get back, certainly. But until then, I cannot.
