I don't know if many of you know yet, but Pepsi Throwback has returned, complete with 80's era logo! Check it out. Discuss.

Is this the Pepsi that is made with sugar cane instead of artificial sweetener?

Dammit, I didn't see any today on my monthly soda run (God bless Target, $3 for a 12 pack and a free 8 pack of Powerade). Maybe I'll see some around my birthday when I get back out to the city.

Man, I had a Mt. Dew Throwback a few months ago. I never had causal evidence to summarize that it was taken off the market.

Not only is Pepsi Throwback back, but so is Mountain Dew Throwback AND they brought in a new one: Heritage Dr. Pepper.
And TBH, out of the three, Heritage Dr. Pepper tastes the best.

Yeah, picked up two cases of this when I saw it last week. It tastes so much better and leaves no aftertaste that I can't go back to the "regular" stuff. They should just keep this out year round. Charge extra if they have to. I'd be willing to pay it, since the quality is so much better. Now, come 2015, I demand they come out with Pepsi Perfect:

I really wanna try Heritage Dr Pepper. It sounds great.
I tried Pepsi Throwback when it was around, and I didn't really like it. I liked it better than normal Pepsi...but I'm not a fan of Pepsi either way, so that'd be why. Just not fond of the flavour.
Mountain Dew Throwback was pretty awesome, though.

I never got to try any of the Throwbacks the first go-round so I made sure to pick up a 12-pack of Pepsi and Mountain Dew last weekend when I was buying groceries. Should've grabbed some Dr. Pepper too. Oddly enough, the Throwback 12-packs are cheaper than the normal ones by like a couple dollars.

I looked everywhere when it was out last time and no stores around here seemed to have it. So I have still yet to try it.

I'd buy it just for the old 80's-90's logo. Awesome.

I really wanna try Heritage Dr Pepper. It sounds great. Sams or Costco might have flats of Dublin DP. Its made with Imperial cane sugar. Only time I ever drink DP is the glass bottle Dublin kind.

It's interesting in the polarized opinions on Mountain Dew Throwback. Some people swear by it, others think it tastes like swill. I personally think Mountain Dew (and any lemon-lime beverage) actually benefits from corn syrup, whereas pure sugar enhances the taste of cola.
But yes, the old-school Pepsi logo chosen for this run is indeed awesome. It's the Pepsi design of my youth.
