Does anyone here besides me like this symphonic rock band from the 70's. I personally think Jeff Lynne (Songwriter and Frontman.) is a genius.

I adore ELO. there was a time when all i had on my mp3 player was ELO. Evil Woman, Showdown, Turn to Stone, Rockaria!, Overture, Mr Blue Sky, and Telephone Line get major rotation on my winamp.

I'm more of a Wizzard fan Wizzard were great. Ironic in this thread that the lead singer of Wizzard, Roy Wood was also one of the founding members of ELO. As for ELO, they have recorded some great stuff. Mr. Blue Sky and Livin' Thing would be my favourite songs.

Evil Woman is a thing of genius musicianship. Took me a long time to get into ELO, but now that I have, I'm glad I did.
