I tried to push the 2ks because I'm a big 2k sports mark, but it never really caught on. Ended up using the O's.

Usually I say "the double-o's", though most people I know call it "the 2000's".

From what I've read, it seems in the US the general term was the 2000's, where as, in the UK the general term was the Noughties/Naughties.
I'll stick with 2000's.
