DOOM I SAY!
Now for over a year I have been paying netflix 10 bucks a month in order to get movies sent to my house and to stream movies from my xbox 360.
In the meantime I have been adding a bunch of movies to my instant queue... a lot of movies to my instant queue. All of which I have never seen. My instant queue spands more than 30 movies! and in this note I will try and watch as many as I possibly can from here till the end of the year! In the latter posts in this topic I will be reviewing each movie I see and giving it a rating out of 5. the 5 point scale is being used as that's going to be the same rating I'll give the movie on netflix! so with out further adieu here's my netflix instant queue of doom!

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
The Ruling Class
Rashomon
The seventh Seal
Onibaba
I'll start off this craaaazy journey with Onibaba, and here's the review for that!
onibaba gets a 3/5.
actually I would probably give it a 2.5 or something but since netflix only excepts whole stars it gets a 3. Onibaba is the story of 2 women who live in a hut in the middle of a patch of tall grass in japan. They make a living by killing soldiers who happen to get lost in the tall grass during the on going war. After they kill the soldiers they steal their armor and their weapons to sell to a man in the mountains who gives them food. So think crack addicts and a pawn shop, only with food instead of crack and in 18th century japan.
One day, a man who the women know comes back after nearly escaping death from war. He was the friend to one of the woman's sons who also happened to be the other woman's husband.
After coming back from war he has one thing on his mind, the touch of a woman. So after being back a while he tries to persuade his dead friend's widow to come with him. The widow, having nothing to do but stay with her mother and law, eventually joins them and there's lots of sex to be had.
However the older woman is ticked at this because this means that she has less power to kill lost soldiers and therefore live. So she then tries to convince her daughter in law to stay with her.
And that's pretty much the entire movie... there's some symbolism with a noh demon mask but you get the jist of it.
So if anyone wants, they can recommend me the next film I should watch on my instant queue. I'll probably watch the one with the most recommendations the next time I get around to watching a movie.
