So um....yeah....caught in a pretty heavy snow storm right now. One could even call it a blizzard.
And it sucks BALLS. My mom is stuck at work, cause she didn't take her car today, and my step dad is stuck at a Home Depot.
And I can't go to either of their rescue cause I have to stay and watch my sisters, oh and I'm snowed into the drive way. NICE.
I wanted snow, but not like this!

Yeah, I'm in PA right now, we're suppose to get a ton of rain. Like storming and icy stuff. I'd rather have snow, honestly. Especially on Christmas.
You should do like a Adventures in Babysitting deal and go and rescue your folks.

Yea, we got hit with a blizzard over in Virginia last Friday. This place has been covered in snow since.
And the best part is that for some reason this year, the snow plow people are incompetent f***ups, so the roads are incredibly unsafe! How's that for a great Christmas season?

I am amazed. It snows at least twice a year but, the people down here are always surprised and shocked by it. They forget how to drive and, leave common sense at home it seems. You'd think eventually most would figure this out.
I will say the timing shocked me this year since I was in beachwear yesterday and, now in wintergear. Plus I don't think it has snowed this close to Christmas in my life.

GAH!
Well my step dad and mom both made it home.
However, this is the worst non-ice related winter storm Oklahoma has seen in several years.

Snow getting close to gone where I'm at. I think we're supposed to get some of that icy rain mentioned earlier, but no snow.

I'm in Southern California right now. It is currently 58 degrees, and the only snow is on the highest mountains.
I miss snow, actually. I came to the realization that this will be the first time I haven't lived in an area that had snow on Christmas for around 18 years now. Cincinnati, Cleveland, Cheyenne, and now Lubbock, Texas (which it is currently snowing in...)

I'm in Sioux Falls, and it's a friggin' blizzard up here. I'm stuck up here for Christmas, and it sucks.

My dad works at one of the hospitals downtown and he's stranded by it. I am still scheduled to go to work in the morning, but I may be out of luck if the roads aren't better.

Any time, any amount of snow makes it a winter hell hole.

Ok, you know how I said this was one of the worst winter storms in Oklahoma history? Well, turns out it was the worst snow storm in Oklahoma City history. This storm dropped FOURTEEN INCHES of powder in OKC. The previous record snow amount in OKC? 2.5 inches in 1914.
