ARMBAR
Or Gran Akuma's Rubix Cube. I could buy that as his finisher.

Since they seem to be going the sadistic route, he should use a submission.
Submissions are good for heels, with the old time tested HE WONT LET THEM GO AFTER THE BELL!!! spot.
I say bring back the Torture Rack and give it to him.

Heart Punch. Which causes a mysterious red foam to escape from the victim whenever administered. Wow. That hasn't been a finisher in a national fed since the Undertaker used it briefly in WCW (before it instead became the set up move for that tightrope elbow drop that became his finisher). Also, that video of Test's big boot was not the finisher variety that he used. That one was an awesome running boot, which looked pretty damned brutal. I like the Texas Powerbomb, though he needs to also use a moonsault or some submission move as a secondary finisher.

Crush used it for a while during the mid 90s. I forgot about that, partly because it looked like crap. Then again, how often did Crush have a finisher that did not stink as bad as a Port-o-Potty that has been at a construction site in Florida for 2 months?

Test used several variations of the big boot...for a while he was using a Hogan-style big boot (irish whip and come off the ropes) as a finisher. Later on (2003/4), it became a running boot.

Ganso Bombs through plate glass windows while the Queen of England whales out a sweet tune on a flaming electric guitar. This. Just, this.

It was a running boot as early as 2001. Looked impressive aswell. Hoyt could probably pull of the Canadian Backbreaker well, aswell as a submission, as both already mentioned.

DOUBLE vertical suplex. He does one, picks them up, AND DOES ANOTHER ONE.
No one's getting up from that.
