Boil them or fry them. Though methinks you should let it ripen a bit more to make it tastier.

It's safe yes, they just don't taste very good. I do like my bannanas slightly green, but green-green is just nasty. They don't peel very well like that either.

Though I think a doctor told me that it's healthy. Still, I prefer mine fried in butter and later dipped in sugar. Hell, it still tastes great without sugar.

Green ones fried, yellow ones slight more ripe than usual. Also, turron.

I like them just as they go spotty ideally, but yeah, green won't do you any harm.

Yes, I have. I understand that it is. Tasted not good. Wouldn't advise doing it in the near future. Eat 'em yellow, nice and mellow. Eat 'em green, assaults your spleen. Eat 'em black, start to yak.

"A banana is like the opposite of a traffic light. Green means wait, Yellow means go ahead and Red means where the f*** did you get that banana?"

And take it from experience they make you crap like there's no tomorrow. And I can assure you that is definitely true. I made the big mistake of eating green bananas a few years ago and ended up with stomach pains and really bad diarrhea. The experience was quite unpleasant.

Basically, green, when eaten raw, tastes like kaka.

I worked in the produce department for many years at a grocery store and I can say that they are definitely safe to eat. I've eaten a few myself and they did no harm. I prefer them to be almost yellow with just a little green left personally but anyway is good as long as they're not brown or black. Then I would not suggest eating it.

Green ones suck, although they're probably safe to eat. Brown ones on the other hand will probably make you sick.

"A banana is like the opposite of a traffic light. Green means wait, Yellow means go ahead and Red means where the f*** did you get that banana?" You've never eaten a red banana!?!? They are the greatest. They taste like a cross between bananas and rapsberries. They are awesome.

Personally I like them when they're starting to turn brown. Not sure if they're good for you, but they seem alot sweeter that way. Sticking them in the freezer for a few days makes them a nice treat.
