Here one I thought off. Everyone in the Blue Collar comedy tours not named Jeff Foxworthy. Think about it. After that Tour ended what happened. Larry the Cable guy had a couple movies go into theaters and they where not that funny. The a couple right to DVD. Now he hardly talked about. Ron White: He fell off the face of earth it seemed like after "Can't fix Stupid". Bill Engval (Sp?) Had a failed sitcom and I think one special since the tour. Last couple years nothing. Foxworthy only has his game show. But being it still going I call it having some success. The rest not so much. It really amazing how popular they where and how fast it went down. There is a A decline, but you have to remember HOW huge the Blue Collar Comedy Tour was; everyone involved that wanted was still touring in 09 and racking in the cash. They may not be as high profile as they were, but 99.9% of other comedians would wish to be living the kind of decline those guys are.

Brian Michael Bendis. guy used to be thought of as untouchable but nowadays he's considered a punchline whose run on Avengers gets nothing but facepalms. too bad because when he's in his element (that is, NOT writing Avengers) he's still really good. Yeah, BMB should just STAY AWAY from team/major event books. He should keep to the single character/crime books.

1. A lot of of these guys are getting old. Very few artists survive the transition from youth to old age. I mean, it's hard to be young and edgy when you are worried about your kids. 2. Art is ultimately a reflection of the soul of the artist, and it's well known that the soul of modern man is sick. Bob Dylan has made some of his best albums in the 2000s and he approaching 70... But Dylan is the exception to every rule. From '97 onwards he made three of his greatest albums ever, then a bit of an odd one, and then he released a damn Christmas album in October. It's Bob fackin' Dylan. This is a man who went electric when he was everyone's favourite protest singer. This is a man who released a rap single in the 1980s. Dylan will never play by the rules. As someone else said, he's never sung a note in hsi entire career and he's still one of the big three artists ever. It's Elvis, Beatles and him. Besides, I disagree with the analysis that he could never sing. Some of the albums like Desire show a real vocal range he just never bothered to use.

They haven't been mentioned yet, but Weezer. Weezer. How the hell do you go from modern day classics like The Blue Album and Pinkerton to Raditude? I even posted a bump, just in case someone wanted to discuss. I'll go back to being a speck of dust now.

I know just makes me annoyed, the edgiest thing he did was have Anakin kill child-er-younglings in ROTS. and I'd argue that the seriousness of that scene was ruined by the inherent funniness of the word "younglings". Agreed, just hearing it makes me smile

George Lucas, I mean WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? He got total control of everything that's what happened, he's a great idea man and all but he really needs handlers. He is the Vince Russo of Hollywood!!

There decline comes as they used to be all over TV and ext. They where very big and now yes successful but not as big I guess mainstream as they where. Ron White I don't hear about him. He maybe doing well but I just don't see his name. I only seem Larry once in a while which I think he due to being married. Maybe it because they tour but there not been a stop in my area in a while.

They're ALL still all over comedy central. It's a big event when a new special from either of them premieres on TV. Hell, Ron was in the news just a year ago for being arrested in Florida after possessing LESS THAN HALF A GRAM of weed. He proceeded to make fun of the arrest in his most recent special, "Behavioral Problems". According to Ron, if he has less than half a gram of marijuana, he has none at all. Bill just premiered a new special a few weeks ago. Jeff doesn't need to be on TV; he was set for life years ago. Larry is set for life after the success of "Cars".
