Ahhhh yes I got this for Chrsitmas as well. This game got me to stop playing WoW for a week. I had a lot of fun playing it. Just an amazing game.
If I had one small complaint is I was kinda hoping for finding all the secret stuff (riddles, trophies, Arkham Plaques) I'd get some kind of cool unlockable. For example, maybe different batman outfits for the main game instead of just the challenge rooms.

I got this game for my brother for Christmas, and we both really like it. I'm probably not going to obsess about getting 100%, but I will still keep an eye out for and audio recording/Riddler trophies/Joker teeth spread throughout the game. Right now I'm the the part where {Spoiler}the goons are attacking the Batmobile so I'm not too far in just yet.

Great Game and if your only at that point Frankincleveland then you have many, many an hour of fun Batman gameplay to go.

Had a lot of fun with it myself - am eagerly awaiting the sequel. Got the game back when it came out myself, and played through it two or three times now. Must say, the Scarecrow bits are amazing. Word of advice, if you want it-- {Spoiler}Use the middle stick.

Easily my favourite game of 2009. It was just insane amounts of fun, the story was great, the acting was stellar, it was just absolutely brilliant. Can't wait for the sequel.

I loved this game but got like halfway through it and got completely stuck cause I couldn't get to the next mission. Must've spent hours trying to find it. I'll have to try again one of these days.

Loved it. Don't use detective mode too much, you'll miss out on some great video game design.

Yeah, it says I'm, like, 4% complete. That's fine with me.
And the spoiler tag I had in my earlier post worked before. I wonder what happened. Good thing it's not much of a spoiler.

My game of the year personally. Take the Goddamn Batman, make it into the most authentic superhero video game ever made (even more than Spider-Man 2 and USM), add Metroidvania-esque level design, and add a dose of pure fun. My only complaint is that the endgame feels underwhelming and kinda anti-climactic (especially the final boss).
But as soon as I beat it, I immediately started another replay.

I was 99% complete before I couldn't take it anymore and traded it in. It was quite difficult finding the last set of joker teeth in the library. I have been through that place relentlessly hours on end, scoping every pixel, and couldn't find them.
It was a great game. Very engrossing, very well acted. Vary rarely did I feel it "drug on" like most games have the problem with now. I also agree that the Scarecrow parts are the most fun of the game.
I never, however, did the challenge modes. Those got either mundane or hair-ripping-ly impossible (even if I'd use things to divide and conquer, they'd still find a way to keep together, thus preventing my sneak-attacks.)

My 2nd favorite game of 2009. It won a few of my Game of the Year awards, too, including Best Action/Adventure Game and Best Xbox 360 Game(it was beat out on the PS3 and for overall Game of the Year by Uncharted 2: Among Thieves).
Tis a great, great game.

Good game. No replay value whatsoever. This and I hated the story because the Joker was in charge and not enough use of the Bat Family.

I be enjoying the game, myself...although, I do find myself getting frustrated sometimes. Like finding the Riddler's firts clue actually took me a while....& the dumb thing was behind me all along!

Not worth 60 bucks, since once you beat it, there is no reason to ever play it again. But it's pretty fun the first time around.

I was about 40% of the way through and then started again. I really want to play the crap out of this game so I'm making sure to try and get 100%.
