I have a little question about the Nielsen rating thing:
Why don´t they just put in Nielsen Rating Systems in every Television? Why? Privacy? Maybe, but lets say they get money for it and it would be good. Or don´t tell people that they have a nielsen in their TV and just sell it.

Because Television is about selling Ad time, not running an election. What you propose would be fantasically expensive, something that neither networks nor advertisers want. Nielsen's methodology is satisfactory to the major stakeholders in the television business. Why would you count everyone when selecting a sample proves just as accurate?

Privacy issues. Not everyone wants someone monitoring everything they watch and do. If you don't tell them, your ass will be sore from the massive beating it takes in PR alone, not to mention court.

The same reason phone researchers don't call everyone in the phone book to get their opinion. It makes no sense. You can get a pretty good estimation if you have a true random sample and it wouldn't really change that much if you added a lot too it, as long as they select the sample right.
As for your scenarios.
1: If they offered everyone with a tv money to have a set, they'd be bankrupt in a minute if even half the people accepted, both in payout costs and costs of the sets.
2: If they installed the sets without telling people, they'd be sued out of existence. They're an actual firm, not a government organization, so asking why they don't put them in sets to monitor without telling people would be akin to asking why McDonald's doesn't install hidden cameras in everyone's fridge to see what they have and what they buy.
2b: Oh yeah, and it wouldn't give them good info anyways, because Nielsen boxes have a user use component which wouldn't be used if people didn't know they were in there. Each member of the family signals what they're watching by pressing a button so they actually know what demographic is watching what particular show. The information is almost useless without knowing who is watching what.
3: Assuming every single person operated it, Americans watch an estimated 250 billion hours of television a year. All that data would have to go to their computer system, get analyzed on a quarter hour basis (so you have a trillion individual rating numbers), sorted by demographic, type of show and show before it could be reported, continuously. If the system didn't crash (and it probably would be crashing all the time), you'd have such a large clusterf*** of data that it'd be worthless to try to sort and analyze, which would make it absolutely useless for the people who use it.
And what would be the value of it? So they know exactly how many people are watching something? They can give a good estimate the way they do it, which is also completely legal. Wrestling fans actually care about ratings a lot more than the general population for some reason.

I wouldn't just think wrestling fans. A lot of fans of any TV show do. Especially when that show could get canceled.

Honestly, I've never seen a Lost fan or a Heroes fan as focused on ratings as a wrestling fan is. It may come up as a discussion every now and then, but they don't pour through quarterly hour ratings and analyze what was on tv at that point with every new episode.

Maybe not here but on their boards, they talk about this stuff. There are half hour breakdowns, whether the audience drops, and whether they won their timeslot.
