he's signed for a couple of weeks after 'Mania, right?
Have him beat McMahon's ass at Mania -- or, as I really hope, have him face HBK and beat him -- then give him a tribute show.
Actually, I'm pretty sure they're going to give him a classy sendoff, or at least I hope so.

I don't see Bret getting in the ring to wrestle at all, so forget that.

That would be nice to see, as long as it's not lead by Cena(nothing against him but he has no history with Bret). Which wrestlers past or present could be brought to the ring for a Ric Flair style send-off for Hart? I know Bret's friends with Piper, Austin, Undertaker, Vader, Ken Shamrock, The Rock, Foley.

The only way Bret is going in the ring to wrestle, is if it's DX and Vince McMahon vs. The Hart Dynasty and Bret Hart at Wrestlemania and even then, he'll only be in the match to give the Sharpshooter to Vince.

Bret could get in the ring and go one last time.. Theres been countless wrestlers who have had concussions. A nice easy match would be fine for Bret. If anyone deserves a big sendoff it his him considering all hes been through and what he did for the company keeping them afloat in a downtown for the business, and Owens death. It would be a great thing to see. Hes done more for WWE than Flair ever has. So guys like Taker, Shawn, Bret deserve the big flair sendoff. Not sure why Flair really deserved one.. Since his best years were never in the WWE

Flair was one of the biggest stars but its a WWE show.. Flair deserved a send off at WCW not WWE IMO. Flair did alright for himself in the WWE never great things aside from the 92 Royal Rumble IMO. And I dont think its fair to guys who were even BIGGER STARS than Flair ever was. Guys like Hogan and Austin. Yea Hogan went to TNA, but he deserved a sendoff somehow in 2002. Austin deserved one as well. And youre going to say "well Flair retired". Well not really technically. Hes still involved in the business. Wrestled Hogan. Probably will wrestle in TNA. So so much for the "retirement" gig. Flair isnt gonna retire. He cant. Considering his lifestyle.

WCW sucks. WWF rulz. What is this 1998 in AOL Wrestling Chat? Everyone knows Flair is one of the most respected pro-wrestlers of all time. When he chooses to retire, no matter what company he's in, it's not only profitable, but the right thing to do to hype the holy hell out of it and make it big.

Brets not just had concussion though (and the huge hole in his skull because of it) but also a stroke which means half his body stopped working. There is no way he can go back in the ring.
What I think would be best would be if Bret was put in the ambassodor style role concieved for Flair. It would be a win win situation for both the WWE and Bret.
He has a worldwide name, Is very good on interviews (See on Youtube how handled the Benoit situation) and is also very honest in saying what he likes and does not like about wrestling so he could not be called a Yes man by anystretch. Hell even back in 97 as the champ he was doing interviews about how he hated the direction the show was taking that Vince was forced to come out and respond (Vince response that he thinks the audience is tired of having its intelligence insulted should be played back to him) to those charges.
