How would you rate his legacy in the WWE. I'm talking about matches and on air stuff. You could also include behind the scenes stuff if you want.
My thought was he was a tough SOB. He would go out there and take a crazy bump. I would say he could be a hardcore legend in the WWE.

What you said.
He will always be remembered for his dives/falls from WWE stage sets.

I wanted him to turn heel on Vince and join Legacy.
Anyways I'll remember him for the following:
1) King of the Ring 2001 (Match of the year right there) 2) His theme music 3) His short-lived stable and team with Test 4) Getting his nads electrocuted 5) His date with Kane 6) Match with Vince at WresleMania 7) Buying out WCW 8) His fall during his match with Blackman

Being annoying, but that made him a good heel. I didn't want to see any Mcmahon's on my TV after 2000. I didn't care for him in the ring.

What about his legacy in WCW? Why, the company went belly-up eight months after purchasing it! Who killed WCW? It was Shane McMahon!

He was never n legacy(sarcasm) Damn you Randy Orton for trademarking words of the English language! This reminds me of a college-age kid I know who thought that World of Warcraft had invented the concept of a druid. (Yes, I know you were just joking.)

He would put himself at a far greater risk than he should've for the entertainment of the fans. As well as a McMahon that few fans didn't like.

For somebody who does not wrestle on a regular basis Shane was an awesome worker. What I mean is that he is as good as the average wrestler, but coming from a part time wrestler, I think that is really good.

His match with Kurt Angle at King of the Ring is probably my favorite match of all time. Him being repeated hurled at the glass is always gonna be in my memory. Man, that match was awesome.

His commentary in WWF Attitude.
"BOOM! Out like a light! The fat ladies' singin' now!"
Also the aforementioned matches. He had a pretty nice one with Randy to go out on too, even though the storyline surrounding it wasn't exactly stellar.

? Cody Rhodes! He brings classy dress socks to Raw every week! And for that, I think Shane's Legacy has been pretty damn hard to NOT appreciate.

Shane vs. Kurt Angle at King of the Ring 2001, specifically the glass spot Shane vs. Kane at Unforgiven 2003 The Jump from the Summerslam set in 2000 Getting his balls electrocuted by Kane Getting beat up by Undertaker backstage in 2000 His commentary on WWF Attitude His dancing The limo spot he did with Kane in 2003 The Vince/Shane vs. Austin match at King of the Ring 1999
That's pretty much it. He's done enough to be remembered as a crazy mother****er.
