Well the guy had spider-web tattoos on both elbows with a big Swastika in the middle of one anyway. I also noticed that he was sitting alone on one of those two-seat segments buses have. I wasn't paying too much attention to him and was looking for my stop, but I did notice later a Hispanic woman was sitting next to him (he was sitting on the outer seat at first, with the empty inner seat next to him).
This means that at some point he had to have gotten up for her. So then I thought maybe he was a specific type of white supremacist. Like maybe he had no problem with Hispanics, but really hated _______ racial group.
Then I thought it would be funny if he wasn't a racist at all, but just really agreed with some random point of Hitler's ideology. Like, his stance on public transit or vegetarianism.
"What this Swastika? No, I have no problem with Jews, I just really support centralized government."
Yeah, I don't know where I'm going with this, just thought I'd share.

eh...chances are if he was racist, and he lied for instance, and lets say others decided to listen to what he really wanted to say, he probably would've been gone from a bus to an ambulance. who knows.

I know sometimes people join these groups in prison for protection, even though they may truly not be racist. Also some people reform their beliefs, but the tattoos don't go away. I could name a few more scenarios but I think it's best to leave it at that.

Maybe he was cosplaying. P.S. I am not being serious.
But yeah, what EmperorWu said. Best to leave it at that, I guess.

But, the idea of him just agreeing with one little point of Hitler had that has nothing to do with racism is too funny for words.

Yeah, I thought that to, but in this instance I noticed the tattoo with the Swastika on it while he had his elbows revealed, resting his arms on the back of his seat. I would think he would be more self-conscious of it, if he was one of those reformed racists. What, B.A. said is probably the most likely case.

Maybe he's an artist or just wants to start some controversy. Its a well know fact that before WW2 the Swastika was an ancient symbol for good luck, and prosperity. I knew a group of artist who wore shirts with the swastikas on them as a "social experiment." Never forget that the world is filled with pretentious blow hards just trying to get a rise out of people.

Actually the history is very blurred the swastika has been found all over the place, from ancient Iranian jewelry to engraved into clay pottery made by ancient Native Americans. The swastika is one of those symbols seems to have been common among all cultures.

They should've made him sit in the back of the bus, just because.

No, no. He's a member of an ancient society that has the Third Dungeon Map from the Legend of Zelda Tatooed on him. If you see him again, ask him where the Raft is.

In prison a lot of the white gangs, aren't necessarily racist. But still tattoo swastikas and other nazi like symbols for intimidation purposes.
Basically if a guy has a swastika on his forehead, he's probably a little nuts and it's not a good idea to try and but rape him.
Also the swastika in eastern culture was often a symbol of balance, similar to the ying-yang symbol. Hitler adopted the symbol and it became offensive in western culture only in the 20th century.

Maybe the hispanic just sat beside him and he didn't feel like causing a scene at that moment.
Plus...most racists I know are pussies...they will talk a big game in a big group of them but when they are alone most of them are nowhere near as brave.
