Trine is a good side scrolling game, beautiful to look at and fun to play. Velvet Assassian is a decent, albeit generic third person game. Although the story is decent. Section 8 is an online FPS that a lot of my friends seem to enjoy. I have not played it myself, cause Im not a fan of online games. Monster Madness is an updated Zombies Ate My Neighbors and is fun to play, and can be difficult. What Im getting at is just because YOU may not have heard of these games does not make them bad. There are hundreds of games each year that get made that are better than the popular ones. Its just that they are made by someone other than EA, Activision, Square Enix, Nintendo, Microsoft, or Sony and dont get the spotlight like those companies do. Yeah, I'm not really familiar with their work, but I'll remain positive until given reason to do otherwise. Being a smaller publisher doesn't really mean anything. Midway was gestating TNA Impact for like three years and they were an established name and they still screwed the pooch. Maybe a fresh perspective is what's needed? I'm just happy to have the prospect of another wrestling game on the market. More games to choose from is better than fewer games.

"outdated" is subjective. China Town wars is a great game, for example. The DS can do things the PSP cant, and vice-versa.

I am of the opinion that this could be good... a smaller company is able to get a license for a moderately known property, and well... look at what THQ was able to do with some of their games... most of the stuff leading to the WCW and WWE games were horrid... but they turned it around and made some of the most sought after wrestling titles of all time... so give it time.

Section Trine Two Worlds 2 Edge of Twilight Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia Two Worlds Legendary X-Blades Velvet Assassin Brave: A Warrior's Tale Raven Squad: Operation Hidden Dagger Section 8 I've never heard of any of these. THIS GAME IS GOING TO SUCK WORSE THEN THE THE FIRST ONE!Seriously the first one was by midway. Midway sucks hard but atleast they made mortal kombat these people have done anything! Section 8 received some very glowing reviews and Monster Madness was very under-rated as a hack n' slash game. Just because you haven't heard of them, doesn't mean the company sucks ass.

8 Do you really think that TNA IMPACT will be the one game that launches this company into the stratosphere of popularity? It's not to say that it's impossible per say, but based on their previous track record, it's hard for one to have high hopes. I don't know about you, but I can't name any successful Electronic Arts (EA) games until they started crapping out Madden games.

People in here do realize that just because they are picking up the license and publishing it doesn't necessarily mean that they are going to develop it right?
I would rather these guys get a crack at it than Midway anyways. Midway had been a terrible developer for quite awhile.
You also cant exactly determine how good a wrestling game made by them may or may not be judging on all these unrelated genres. Spike has developed and published crap like Escape from Bug Island, but they make a damn good wrestling game.

I know there are several others, but I play those two.
