Technically, Kenny Baker wasn't really in Episode III, as the technology for making robots sfx has advanced somewhat in the last couple years, although he was still credited with the role

Jerry Reed, Jackie Gleason, and two or three more supporting cast in Smokey and the Bandit. This was the first thing I thought of. And God, #3 was HORRIBLE!!

I saw his name in the credits and assumed he appeared in the film, well, as much as he could!

Al Pacino, Diane Keaton, Talia Shire, and Richard Bright. I don't know about this one. But they are the only actors to appear in all 3 Godfather films. Richard Bright played Michael Corleone's bodyguard Al Neri. And Sofia Coppola. She played the baby, Michael Rizzi, in The Godfather, she was an extra as an immigrant on the boat the with young Vito in The Godfather part II and of course as Mary in part 3.

Angus Scrimm and Phantasm Reg Bannister was also in all four of the "Phantasm" movies. Robert Englund in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series, of course... Bruce Campbell and Stan Lee appeared in all of the "Spider-Man" movies. Nancy Allen was in all three "RoboCop" movies. Albert Popwell almost appeared in all of the Dirty Harry movies... he was supposed to be in "The Dead Pool" but a scheduling conflict stopped him. - in "Dirty Harry" he was the 'do you feel lucky, punk' guy. - in "Magnum Force" he was the pimp. - in "The Enforcer" he was the leader of the militant gang that Harry went to for information. - in "Sudden Impact" he was Harry's partner.

Desmond Llewelyn was Q in every Bond film in the original franchise, if you ignore Die Another Die. Which I'm fond of doing. He wasn't in Dr. No or Live and Let Die.
