This is probably going to make me look dumb, but who is the guy in the suit and the fedora?

Well, at least Wildfire got a bj from Missy Hyatt, back when she actually looked good. That's gotta be worth something. That's how he got his nickname. About a week after his encounter with Hyatt, Rich was heard to remark in the locker room "man, it feels like I got a wild fire down there." And thus, a nickname was born.

The AWA (and later WCW) planned big things for "The Cat" Curtis Hughes. (His nickname was based on the fact he was a football player at Kansas State, who are the Wildcats.)
But, really and honestly, does anybody remember him aside from his being a lower-card guy (early 90s) and Triple H's butler in the WWF? I say he doesn't fit in with the rest of the group.

For me its gotta be Bret Hart went from champ on WF and the most famous night in wrestling history to te WCW and pretty much nothing before having his career stop literally from a Goldberg Kick.

i would say vader or ron simmons or jake roberts People say Hogan No selling killed Vader but I always thought his bulls up in the 96 SummerSlam match when HBK was doing the elbow and had to land on his feet did it. You could see HBK break charachter and berate him in the ring he was so mad. I bet that pretty much killed him with Clique against him.

I gotta throw Scott Hall in there. Few people have botched as many "Second Chances" as he has.

Few people have botched as many "Second Chances" as he has. Luger is one of them.

Greatest career decline?
Hard to top Chris Benoit. From beloved superstar to... well... in one night.

About all I really remember about Mr Hughes was his feud with Undertaker because he trashed a funeral wreathe or something.

I'm suprised nobody mentioned Yokozuna. From becoming World Champion to losing to an up-and-coming "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on a pay per view PRESHOW. He also ended Hulkamania.

Eugene. Dabbling in the main event with Triple H, Chris Benoit and The Rock (erm, that one time) to curtain-pulling joke in a home-made costume within two years.

I was just thinking off the top of my head. Recent wrestling is not really my forte, but I remember he went from Mabel (main event) to Viscera (midcard monster heel) to JTTS in like 4 years. That main event status (when he won KOTR and feuded with Diesel) was incredibly weak, though. Even back then no one really bought it. Big Vis had a long stable career with the WWF/E over the years. Solid midcarder all the way with some good highlights, more or less.

Oh ok. I didn't know he had a peak to decline from. I always considered Hughes to be a big disappointment more than a guy who declined. He never really lasted long enough to get up high in the first place. His highest profile was in 1993 (his 1st WWF run) and even that was quite short.
