"Intestinal disorder" makes me think that it might be a really serious case of Crohn's Disease.

How could Mono be bad enough to ruin his entire career though? Check that link I provided earlier. If his spleen ruptured while he was in Canada (leading to his collapse) and he was already battling an infection like mono, it's highly possible that he's now battling TWO infections at once, not to mention whatever mystery ailment that's going on with his intestines (which could also be mono related). Wow. Things are not looking good for the big guy.

Wow. I knew something was wrong when he kept pushing off his match with Carwin but I never thought it was this bad. Best wishes to Brock for a speedy recovery.

I heard a rumor floating around that he has cysts on his liver, possibly from Steroid usage.
ONLY A RUMOR. But worth mentioning

I'm sure he'll be fine guys. Even if he can't fight, who cares, he has a family and has been great to watch over the years in all he's done.
Also, he's friggin' Brock Lesnar, the man is a fighter. As long as he gets the best help around (which he we) I think he'll eventually be fine.

UFC champ Lesnar has bacterial infection Posted 40m ago | Comments 1 | Recommend E-mail | Save | Print | By James Macpherson, Associated Press Writer BISMARCK, N.D. — UFC President Dana White said Monday that heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is recovering from a bacterial infection in his intestinal tract. "He's in stable condition and should be released soon," UFC President Dana White said. Asked if Lesnar was in a Bismarck hospital, White said, "I think he is," but did not want to say which hospital because he wanted to protect Lesnar's privacy. White said he is encouraging Lesnar to check into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., for further treatment. He also said he did not know if the 32-year-old South Dakota native will fight again. "It depends on how serious this is," White said. Bismarck's St. Alexius hospital said Lesnar was not a patient there. The other hospital in the city, Medcenter One, would not confirm or deny he was there. Lesnar, who grew up on a dairy farm in Webster, S.D., is a former wrestler at Bismarck State College. He lives in Alexandria, Minn. Lesnar was an NCAA heavyweight wrestling champion, and later wrestled professionally with World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. He failed at a bid to play for the Minnesota Vikings. Lesnar announced last month he was withdrawing from his Nov. 21 UFC title defense match because of an unspecified illness. White said Monday that Lesnar wanted to thank his fans for support. But he said it's tough to tell how 6-foot-3, 265-pound Lesnar is feeling. "He's never in good spirits and he's not in good spirits now," White said. www.usatoday.com/sports/mma/2009-11-16-3190330654_x.htm

Thank god, I was quite scared for his well being.
At this point I could care less if he fights or not, all I want is him to be ok.

Brock is one of my favorite wrestlers ever, and really the only thing that got me to care about MMA. I wish him the best, and hopes he pulls threw. Though this might sound a little morbid, but theres a little mark inside of me that thinks maybe if he wont be able to do MMA anymore, maybe he'll still be able to make a comeback in WWE. Either way I wish him well.

Man, that is some serious shit.
Hope he gets through this.
I'll be honest though: I will be disappointed if I never see him fighting in the octagon again.
And if he gets through this, I'll bet that he'll feel the same way too if it comes to that, because he was on fire.
That really is too bad, but at least he has made quite a few accomplishments that none of us can make: NCAA Heavyweight Champion, WWE Champion, and UFC Heavyweight Champion.
