OFF TOPIC chris the Bambikiller - as soon as I saw your sig I IMMEDIATELY did a Google search on where I can buy such an amazing game. I'm now sad they discontinued it. That is sad, but I can kinda see how some parents would have complained about a toy like that...

about 6 or 7 years ago (might have been longer) Raw came to the Hattiesburg, MS where I was living and going to college. My roommate had to work the basketball arena where they held the show because it was part of his sports management class. Well I didnt get tickets to the event because basically i didnt really care to go. But he got to see all the WWE guys in all their glory. He parked their rental cars, went and got them lunch/dinner. He said Triple H and all the wrestlers tipped him well for going to get them food. The best story however was Ron Simmons. He gave my roommate 40 bucks to go get him a 5th of Vodka. He also gave him a oversized squirt bottle to put the vodka in for when he brought it back to him before his match. Well considering they don't sell liquor here on sundays, my roommate came back to our apartment and i watched him fill that squirt bottle up with a bottle of cheap vodka that we had in our cabinets. He said that Simmons drank it all in one huge gulp and then told him to keep the change which happened to be 40 bucks!

Sorry for the late follow up i was without internet over the holiday. Firstly no I don't have proof. as others have mentioned...proof would likely lose me my job. I'm not claiming to be an inside source. it was one show in one location with nothing super news worthy. Take it for what it was meant as....a simple look behind the scenes, or choose to ignore it. Look at my join date and look at my post count. I'm no attention whore.
All in all it was a great time although a long day. I will say this, being a telvised show there were a lot of "pauses" seemed like every time the crowd got into it it was time for a commercial. During the commercial the arena died. No titantron stuff...no music....they just turned up the house lights and waited. Want to know why the crowds seem dead? Even basketball and other sports have ways to "entertain" the crowd while in a time out. I think WWE could really benefit from this.
Also....I saw all the rooling cases they use for all the equipment. Funniest one was one that Said "XFL" and below that "New York / New Jersey Hitmen"
I totally would have thought that would have been painted over like all the WWF logos were. As a "smark" so to speak I thought that was pretty funny
