What if in the 1990s, WWF, WCW, and ECW went totally insane and decided to have the one time only match of all three world champions in the same match?
And the better question - during what time would you have booked it?
For example, would you have booked Rhino vs. Scott Steiner vs. Kurt Angle in early 2001?
Caveat - no bs shortcuts like 1992 Sting vs. 1999 Rock vs. 1995 Raven. It has to be representative champions from the same time period, like Angle/Freakzilla/Rhino.

One I'd have liked back in 99 would have been Austin v Taz v Sting

I believe that Shane Douglas, Sting, and HBK were all champs around the same time in late '97 to early '98, so I'll go with that. That would have been an awesome match.

I don't think you could come up with a better combo than what existed during June or July of '98 - Austin vs. Goldberg vs. Shane Douglas. Pretty excellent representation considering each respective companies' histories all the way around.

A close second in my book would be around December of '96 - HBK vs. Hogan vs. Raven.

I'm gonna go old school before the time of ECW and during the time of the AWA: Hogan vs. Flair vs. Hennig

Pretty excellent representation considering each respective companies' histories all the way around. Oh God now that would have been MONEY. So many different elements would have made that probably the best spectacle of all-time. And as for the actual match quality, I bet it would actually bring the house down.

February of '96 could have seen Raven vs. Flair vs. Bret Hart, that would have been very interesting.

1998/9 - Austin vs. Goldberg vs. Taz. These men were never champion at the same exact time (Goldberg lost his title a mere couple of weeks before Taz first won his), but were close enough to consider, as Austin and Goldberg and Austin and Taz were champ at the same time. It'd be the battle of the Bald World Champions Who Could Kick Your Ass.
