I Highly Doubt Steph and Trips will Be Number 1 When Vince passes the company to shane. But thats just me talking. but what do you see them doing.
1. I see shane actually paying off The World Wildlife Fund and Getting WWF back. i mean by than WWE might be a household word, but he could still change it back to the WWFE like how their old stocks were.
2. He will never be on screen. I think that Shane will let it be known that he's not gonna make the same mistakes as his dad did, and stale up the product
3. i think shane will make ends meet with older stars that Vince has burned bridges with (i.e Bruno Sammartino, Jeff Jarrett, even Kurt Angle)
predict some other things you think shane will do differently

He won't. Steph's getting the company carte blanche.

I really don't think many decisions will be put only on him. He doesn't seem like the guy that wants to run everything his way and rule the company. He'll make a lot of descisions based on the people around him and not only what he thinks. He won't book, probably won't have an on-screen character, and really just handle stuff at Titon Towers. I see him as a more rational and understanding guy than his father, but he really doesn't seem like they type that wants to uphold the family name or do anything like make amends with the wrestlers who've had problems with the company because the "fans want it."

From what I've heard, Shane will take Linda's role, Steph will take Vince's.
How would Shane mend the bridge with Bruno? By the time he gets the company, I'd imagine Bruno will no longer be with us. Though who knows? He looks like he could whip half the roster's ass legit in his 70's. He may be immortal.

He'll get the superstars to jump from a thousand feet, like he used to do all the time.

Who's gonna be the first member of the:
SHANE MCMAHON: KISS MY ASS CLUB?
No seriously, he wouldnt go there. In fact I think we'd see more of an attitude type era from the WWE again. Russo says although it wasnt Shane's idea, he did have a lot of input into the original DX.
It was Shane O's idea for wwe.com which shows he's more in touch with the fans
and also, the guys wrestling style says it all. we've seen him do some crazy stuff in the past years: (Coast-to-coast, thrown through glass, dived off the turnbuckle through tables, suplexed out of ring through tables, diving off titron and the shooting star press he did on Kurt!) this says to me that Shane prefers the hardcore, cruiserweight style that Vince doesnt, and we probably wont always see the big, no talent wrestlers hogging the spot light all the time.
In a Vince Russo way, he'll give a lot of the mid carders a chance.

Shane has expressed little interest in running the day-to-day runnings of the WWE, but things could change.

No one has said "into the ground" yet?
Shocking.
I hate predictions because I am normally wrong. I'd guess that Shane will get rid of a few guys his father liked that he didn't. There, that should be an easy one.

Well I only see Vince passing the company when he passes, we're stuck with Vince for a long time. Trips and Steph will still be number 1 unless they leave and start their own company. I don't think Shane will super stupid and be on cam all the time like his dad but I think he will make some appearances. He'll be probably more fan friendly and maybe for once the WWE will have a tag division again.

There, that should be an easy one. i doubt that either Shane/Steph/HHH could run the buiness entirely into the ground. the phrase i'm looking for is "history is written by the winners" and as big as TNA/ROH/CZW whatever become, the WWE is the #1 wrestling industry going, and unless something MAJOR(even more major than Angle jumping ship) happens, i doubt they can run WWE into ground closer than what Vince did.

I disagree with Shane staying off-screen. I mean, it would be nice for Shane, Vince, and Steph to all be on-screen so long as they don't wrestle, since after all they're running the company and I prefer seeing any one of them making matches instead of Coachman.
But once Vince gives up the company, it's too big of a story to resist getting Shane involved. Perfect chance for Shane (and/or Steph) to assert their control while also feuding with a star to try and recreate that StoneCold VS Vince magic from the heydays.

I don't think Shane has enough intensity in him to recreate McMahon/Austin. Not to say he's a bad preformer. He's probably one of the best in WWE.

First thing either of them (Steph or Shane) will do when they get the reins is sack Vince's cronies. Laurentiis, Patterson, JR, Flair etc etc will all get the boot.
Shane will focus more on the $$$$ side of the business - products, merchandise, TV rights etc Steph will work more on the talent and product.

If Vince died tommorrow i would think that Shane/Steph would want all the experianced heads of the people you mentioned to help them run things. Well except for Johnny Ace

I think Shane would probably run it a great deal better than it's run today. He seems to have a good feel for what the crowd wants, and Vince never listens to him. That said, Steph will get the company and run it into the ground, so it doesn't matter.

Well except for Johnny Ace Possibly. I have been in a number of situations where a new boss comes into the organisation and wants to make his mark. usually does it by sacking all the most experienced people and bringing in his own favourites. Meh, anything is possible I guess.
