www.wrestlezone.com/news/article/report-rvd-scheduled-for-tna-special-this-monday-93613"According to F4WOnline.com, you can expect Rob Van Dam on the big TNA Impact three-hour special this coming Monday night, January 4th head-to-head with WWE RAW." I've heard him rumored, but this is the most definitive "this will happen." post I've seen on the subject. Anyone have any insight into it? Think it sounds like BS? I'm not really sure. Sounds like it could just be a one time appearance, which wouldn't really surprise me TOO much. Or maybe someone from TNA just keeps throwing out random names set to appear to get people talking. Who knows.

Nah, Lethal's stuck in the 80's-early 90's. RVD probably wouldn't meet Lethal's criteria as an old "legend".
Beefcake though...

Who knows. Well there has been reports for the last couple months about RVD signing with TNA being that he was close to doing so. He himself was speaking on the idea of being there. It not a new thing about RVD going there. I think he would be a good move to have him being that he as always had a huge fan base. But again he also a talent you would want to advertise.

He's said that TNA is convenient for him due to the location and limited schedule, but that it doesn't have the prestige or exposure of WWE. He's certainly said he will consider it.

I think he's just gonna be sitting at his gimmick table selling t-shirts.

I'd assume that ones just a lot of BS and speculation of what some guy thinks might happen. If Paul Heyman showed up on Impact... lord.
Crazier things have happened than Ken Kennedy, though. That one I could see. He's probably less of a draw than even Hall or RVD at this point though IMO

The only BIG surprise I think would be significant is Jeff Hardy. That would get WWE's attention.
(I say Jeff because theres no chance in hell of Austin or Rock)

Well, if it happens and RVD has enough gas in the tank - like Angle did - I'd be quite happy. I liked RVD a lot and was really sorry to miss his show here.

I am actually more excited about this than Hogan. If only cause RVD still has a lot to offer and a match between him ad AJ should be great.

it's like a parade of wrestlers of the past getting together to have a big parade and the impact zone is street that got roped off for the festivities. hopefully there will be some wrestling and not just wresling matches to break up the promos. it will be fun to watch.

It is starting to sound like the 1/4 Impact will be starring Hulk Hogan and every other wrestler and their cousin, but not the actual TNA roster.
