i was watching tales of the darkside on syfy last night.
the episode was called mookie & pookie. it was about a dying teenager transferring his brain to "the network" aka a computer. the surviving twin (a very young justine bateman) received instructions and spent the summer printing various directories looking for her dead twin. there was a cameo by a dectalk box. at first the father did not believe his son was alive in the computer and was selling the computer behind justine bateman's back. luckily the buyer never completed the transaction and the family went back to playing scrabble.
guess who the buyer was??
DAVE MELTZER !
the father constantly threatens to sell the computer to DAVE MELTZER throughout this episode. a possible trend might start of people obtaining clips of this episode and using it for various audio clips and video clips !
prank call your internet friends by threatening to sell thier computer equipment to dave meltzer of the wrestling observer!

Well that's not the first time "Tales From The Darkside" dabbled with pro wrestling.
They had an episode called "Basher Malone" where a Hulk Hogan-type wrestler & his manager mother had to take on a wrestler from Hell itself managed by Satan's wrestling manager Vic Tayback (Mel from "Alice")
Basher had to beat the guy in 2 out of 3 falls where the opponent had a Hulk-like effect (the more pissed & sinful the other guy is, the stronger & heavier he gets). If Basher lost, Satan owned his soul. If the wrestler lost, then the manager would get out of the wrestling business.
You can catch it on SyFy when you get a chance.
