Hmm. He'd have needed to work on his mic skills for that, methinks. He looked great, he was over as hell, and he could work some fantastic matches, but he was still somewhat lacking in the talking department. Don't get me wrong, if he'd stuck around, he would have been a huge name on the level of Taker or Angle. Someone who's always going to get title runs, and always going to have a main event program, but he wouldn't have been the next Austin, imo. And while I would have bought him ending the streak, it would have had to be before the HIAC, because that match really has to end it between two wrestlers for a long time. His skills on the mic were definitely improving around the time he left. He was/is better than Lashley in that department. If you're talking about whining like a bitch because Goldberg cost him the WWE championship then sure. As far as ending the streak goes, during his two year tenure in the WWE, anything would've been possible. They made the man look unstoppable, which probably lead to why he left the WWE so soon. Thats why its such a risk to push somebody to the moon as soon as they get their foot in the door. I knew the second he won the WWE championship five months into his debut that it was a stupid move, and 18 months later, my thoughts were confirmed. The same can be said about Yokozuna.

If anyone was a threat to the streak, Brock was. Brock was being given EVERYTHING. You're talking about a guy who beat HULK HOGAN. This is a guy who only EVER won the world title and no other belts. I think if anyone could do it, Brock could.

Sadly, Brock will always be a what could have been. For all that he accomplished in a short time, he could have been the best of all time. I still hope that he'll turn up in wrestling again someday.

I don't know. Would it have been believable? Yes. Brock pretty much had Taker's number during their fueds, but that's also why I think Taker would finally get a big win over Lesnar were they to meet at Wrestlemania.
