I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but the Landlord was pretty much overrated for his whole WWE career. Back, when he was still evicting around on the indies I liked him, but they toned him down to a degree where he is simply no fun.

I remember Meltzer reporting the Landlord getting in an backstage argument with Ric Flair, I knew his days were numbered. You can't just tell Flair "You manage money like you do marriage" without consequences.
