He always wrestles the same match. No matter how much passion he puts into his promos, no matter how angry and personal the feud (Orton at Mania 25) that never shows in his work. Its always the same offense, the same moves, the same pace. No emotion or passion in his matches.

Triple H is a very methodical worker, like Orton these days. He's the sort of guy who doesn't really do anything to get pops, but works his matches so that the guy he's facing will get even bigger pops than he otherwise would.
Triple H can be great against the right sort of opponent, and deadeningly dull against the wrong type. It's not even a question of workrate, HHH just needs someone with a degree of flashiness (and I don't just mean big, high-flying spots... I mean someone who specifically pumps the crowd up; in this case, even Cena qualifies) to wrestle against.

He is sometimes booked a little too favourably, but his in ring work is great, and despite the DX stuff being lame at times, him and Shawn were generally hilarious.

Everything up to his first quad tear was incredible. After his first tear up to his second tear he was just okay, not the best but could rise to the occasion when needed. Post second tear though I have not enjoyed. For some reason I just can't.

Yes, HHH is one of the greatest heels of all time. I have always felt this way, and always will. As a face however HHH is meh at best.

I've liked him more now that he seems to have chosen to take a long break from the title scene.

Haven't enjoyed him as a performer since 1996. Seriously. He set a new standard for mediocrity that most people are now totally fine with. I will always resent that.

Triple H deserves to go down as the greatest of all time, 2nd only to Flair.

His in ring work bores me most of the time but I will give him credit for having very good in ring psychology. His promos are hit or miss with me.

Mediocre in the ring, great on the mic, overall I do enjoy his work. Always better as a heel imo.

Post second tear though I have not enjoyed. For some reason I just can't. Pretty much this. When he came back from his torn quad all bulked up, it just wasn't the same. Plus, I can't get into his promos. It's not like he necessarily buries all talent but he definitely doesn't build them up enough to ever make them seem like a possible threat. Either that or he reverts to DX stuff that's only funny for 12 year olds.

He's definitely someone that can be depended on to put on a good match regardless of who he is working with most of the time.
I'm a fan of his work.

His Smackdown 2008 reign was one of my favorite renditions of the character, having good to great matches with everyone he faced, even Khali. I do admit he's not as fun to watch on RAW though.

No, or rather not anymore. Since his return at Summerslam 2007 from the second quad tear his work has taken a steep and impossible to ignore downswing in quality. Before that he was an all time Top 10 guy for me. Now a days he just bores me and his work is generally disappointing. I can point to that last injury though as to where I began to really be let down by his work. Not even the 2002 return.[/quote This 100% The only matches HHH does good in anymore are gimmick matches.
