Match #2 for A World of Comforting Illusions Also, a new blog. This one from the 8-bit luchador Player Uno: 1/18/2010: Questions. They plagued my mind for the better part of the last year. About who my true friends are, about where I stand and above all - about myself. I wouldn't usually be bothered by stuff like this, you know? I would just bury myself in a pile of games until it would cheer me up. I'd do speed runs through all the Megamans or go back and beat Super Mario Bros 3 without using any of the flutes. None of it worked. I had some searching to do. I had to think outside the box. I had to try new things and through trial and error, I found what I was looking for. The answer to my losing ways. The Joystick. Answers. They come at you in a moment's time. It's by answering another's question that you find out on which side you stand. You find out who some of your real friends are. You find out a lot about yourself. Plus, for once, it's a question that didn't take much searching for me to answer. Memory Cards. I know a lot about them. Heck, I know a LOT about video games. When Sugar Dunkerton came up to me and asked me the magic question, everything fell into place. C-A-W seems to be reverting to his previous "saves," which has never happened previously. No Mercy 64's memory chip used to get corrupted all the time from the tiniest surge of energy, and I've fixed my fair share of those. It can't be that different. When repairing certain memory cards, some of the data may be lost, but with a little luck, it can be stabilized. P1 --------------------- Answers. They come at you in a moment's time. It's by answering another's question that you find out on which side you stand. You find out who some of your real friends are. You find out a lot about yourself. Plus, for once, it's a question that didn't take much searching for me to answer. Oh god, Player Uno's the 8th member of the BDK, isn't he?

Who do you think could have set up a controller to turn out all the lights in an arena? Uno is the tech guy, makes total sense. Or he could have rebooted Dasher with BDK files inside? Or perhaps this was just a glimmer of hope that we are getting our old timey king of swing back and we are reading too deep into this? So many questions!!!

I'm going with Uno's not the eight man, but is just gonna be teaming a lot more with The Throwbacks, and a lot less with Dos, at least for the time being.

This sounds like a good excuse to break out the old Moscow and Dragon Dragon costumes if nothing else!

If Uno programmed CAW to BDK, then that would make 9 members, not 8. The great BDK knows how to count and would never use such poor talent as CAW and Uno.

We're saying Uno's the 8th man and is just being a general dick, not converting CAW to the BDK.

well actually, I implied that CAW could be programmed as BDK, but maybe never come out as a full member.

Match #7 for AToC: If this is the end of Dasher, I will be a sad panda. Maybe C-A-W will switch around through various personas for a while before stabalizing. And I don't mean just becoming Ultimo Breakfast. I mean, perhaps appearing as contest suggestions that were skipped over. ArmDragon's day may still come in CHIKARA.

It's kind of unfair to claim that they have "24 combined years of experience", when almost all of that is Quack and almost none of that is Frightmare. But still, good team, good times, KoT is looking good so far.

I actually really like that team. It also makes it even more unlikely that Quackenbush is joining BDK.

Dammit all, this would be awesome. Tommy Dreamer in Chikara would be fun for a "where the hell did THAT come from?" moment at least. Actually, come to think of it, Tommy Dreamer, Al Snow's worked for Chikara before, anyone able to think of a third ECW guy for King of Trios?

See, 99 times out of 100, I hate everything involved with New Jack, but I'd LOVE to see him in Chikara just once to see how the hell he'd handle a "family friendly" environment.

Just imagine an "Extreme Rules" Trios match between he, Dreamer and Snow against Los Ice Creams and Glacier
