After he lost the ECW title to Bobby Lindsey (Trump lol), his crazy angle was absoutely gold!!! The "GIT" skit, the random jibberish, etc. Just a fantastic idea, which I wish would have continued longer.

When he hired me, then subsequently fired me. I still haven't received my check for working for him for about 2 minutes.

Sweet Lord... I may be glad I was not on the boards at the time this originally aired because how on earth can you discuss this and not break the religion rule? For my money, I'm amazed Vince didn't really get slammed for this and the stupid tag match between Vince/Shane and HBK/God.

For me...it was probably the night that the Mr. McMahon character kind of officially debuted. I mean, everyone says it started with Montreal, but for me it really all started on that RAW where Austin challenged him to a match for the title. Everything was perfect that night. The way they showed Vince talking to Patterson, Brisco, and Slaughter backstage. They showed him pumping up. I remember my eyes near bulging out when he came to the ring, because I never had any idea Vince had THAT kind of muscle on him. And when he got in the ring and insisted Austin have an arm tired behind his back, then took a moment to see what the belt looked like on his waist. I was just a kid at the time, but man oh man, was I worked up that night.

It's real funny that people got offended by the god thing. Molly Holly of all people made a very good point that if you were offended by anything in wrestling than wrestling isn't for you. That god thing was great and it spawned the best commentary line ever spoken by JR, "That's BULLSHIT" Vince just brings out the best in people.

The Vince Walk! In WMXV, he comes to ringside and offers Austin on and takes off his jacket. Austin just gives him the the finger. Not funny to some but funny to me. On an old episode of Raw were Vince is standing on the apron, with his back turned to the ring. Austin runs to the ropes and knocks him off.

Even though both him and Bret were past their physical best for the WM match, it was great to see that the McMahon Walk was still in its absolute prime.
Vince unleashed some corkers during the build-up.

I second that. Now where's the animated GIF of that? Don't forget the Austin-Angle-McMahon skits during the Invasion arc.

'You dessssseerrrrvedddd toooo beee screwed!'
I also love his readtion when Mankind wins the belt off The Rock, firstly his hatred of Austin (when Austin throws his hat at him, he looks like someone who is close to having a break down), and his slow realisation that Mankind is his company's champion.
Mr McMahon for me is one of the greatest heels in the history of the business, which is quite an achievement for wrestling as little as he does.

Back on topic, this just seemed in poor taste and, like I said, how in the blue heck to Michaels agree to go along with this crap?

I found that skit hilarious. Everything about it was comedy gold, from him doing Hunter's shtick with the holy water, him yelling at the ceiling thinking it's God, and especially the McMahon Commandments.
