I imagine Mark Henry's career is also in its twilight years; he's been with the company for nearly 14 years now, and his brief period of super-overness last summer is probably going to be his last hurrah.
I continue to remain baffled that Mike Knox isn't getting used better; he's everything WWE usually loves, a big monster heel with a degree of personality who's actually not bad in the ring, but he's spent the last year dwindling away into insignificance.

The Zig will prevail (I mean c'mon, they gave him a sub win over Khali!)

they always start new pushes after wrestlemania and the draft. so far bourne and ziggler look to be getting a reboot push, which is good because i like them. for most it depends on the draft; if santino, kozlov or masters hit smackdown, they're screwed. if ryder, MVP or yoshi do then they're set for massive pushes.
that's why the draft looks so interesting this year. inbetween the gap in booking styles widening, and the several ECW castaways, people's careers could go sky high, or hit the shizuoka, all depending on where they're placed this year.

possibly Ziggler and Bourne
I'm personally hoping for Bourne (of course replacing Rey) and Ryder (tons of potential)

The Zig will prevail (I mean c'mon, they gave him a sub win over Khali!) And he got one over Kane right before that. This is clearly some kind of push, however minor. The guy's gimmick is a total mess (has his amateur wrestling background put over, kind of looks like a young preppie, but dresses like a gay cowboy/Brutus Beefcake's younger brother, and uses...a sleeper??), but he's going somewhere. Not real far or fast right now, but he's going somewhere.

I left out people like Chavo, Regal, and Matt Hardy who's careers are winding down. I know that it might seem hard to believe because it seems like he has been around forever, but Matt Hardy is only 35, younger than at least 3 of the guys that you did list. To be honest, however, many of the guys listed can say that they already had pretty good careers (especially Mark Henry, MVP, and Shelton).

Out of those guys, Kozlov is the only one I could see actually winning a world championship.

I don't know. Still worried that racism is still rampant in the dub. It's a distinct possibility. Shelton, Kofi, MVP, Mark Henry, ect ect have all gotten this sorta "push of the day" treatment that only goes so far, and then gets dropped. Shad seems like the next guy to get this treatment. And look which NXT Rookies are getting the shaft!!! Then you look at Sheamus and Jack Swagger, who went instantly from basicly nobodies to world champions. Or Punk who got a solid push from day one. Look at the difference between Punk and Elijah Burke for example. [Burke/Punk is a main event feud I'd like to see someday ] Last black guy to pull off a world title win the WWE was King Booker, and he had been stopped from doing so a number of times before that. And before Booker... who? It's always in the back of my mind, man. Kofi, MVP, and even Shelton back in the day should have been contenders. Booker T got it late, and I think it was kinda lame that he didn't get it closer to when he was in his earlier years in the E. I dunno how they pass some of these guys up, and go with seemingly random choices like JBL, Sheamus, or Thwagger. Just sayin'.
