I've been wondering who was the brains behind the infamous Katie Vick angle?
I've been assuming that Vince McMahon came up with the angle, but later reports claim that it was Kevin Dunn's idea, with approval from Vince. Dunn later claimed that he justified that angle by comparing it to CSI, Six Feet Under, and The X-Files, which had their moments of black humor.
I've also read Seth Mates's Newsday blog in 2008, saying that he came up with the Katie Vick name.

Wasn't it supposed to lead to the debut of Sick Boy?
