His career has been damaged. Nah. If it's played properly, his career might be about to take off in a big way. He's been set up to be DESPISED. Not Conway pops -- actually hatred here. Real crowd reactions. The key is to have him keep up with the mohawk garbage, even after he's now been made to look stupid, and to have him pull off lots of cheap wins. Think about it: Everyone knows someone like this in real life. There are dozens of kids like this in every high school and college. People who just won't stop trying to be "alternative" and "cool" even when everybody else thinks it's lame. It's a great heel persona. I agree, he can be the heel everyone laughs at and loves to hate (they already do). Have him pull off some random cheap victories and do some obnoxious crap related to his persona and it'd be good. He really should get one lame win over CM punk at some point too, though I know people don't want to see punk lose any time soon..

You know, the other night, I sat through the first half-hour or so of ECW. Nothing terribly impressive, as per usual. Then, I went downstairs. As I was downstairs, I thought "heh, I bet that, the moment I left the room, something amazing happened on ECW." Then, I get back on the computer, and there's this crap all over.
*sigh*
Damn you all.

So I didn't watch ECW this week (blame Nip/Tuck), but after reading about this inciddent I had to see it.
I finally saw the link while in a lecture today here at school. I clicked it and busted out laughing gaining the attention of the entire room. I don't care if my professor hates me or if I made an ass of myself, that was worth it.

I loved Punk's body language. It was basically, "That's right, I slapped you. You man enough to do anything about it? Huh? No? Didn't think so." That more than anything else made me laugh.

Why was he talking like that? Like all gay... Make all the jokes you want but he didnt talk like that before... The really gay voice with the smile was definitely out of the normal promos he usually cuts. Not that I didn't think that before, but it just intensified my suspicions about him. Punk owning him was great as well, made the segment 10000x better.

Though the whole thing still probably stems from Moore being punished for his comment a few weeks back, wouldn't you say this segment is his most entertaining involvement in ECW so far?
They'll roll with it and he might even get some cheap wins, it's genuine heel heat that mark and smark alike can dislike him for.
For the first time in a while, everyone can agree that they're looking forward to him getting his ass kicked...classic stuff.
