Okay, Sinister? Take a deep breath, calm down, and repeat the MST3K Mantra out loud. Besides, we all know the cover needs some work; like, replacing Nash and Hall with someone else (I personally suggest Dixie, just because putting Bubba on there would give him unwarranted publicity), since (afaik) they're not actually causing problems (that I know of). And if you really think about it, how long do you think it took RD to do it? I'm guessing... five minutes. Three to find the cover in an image format, thirty seconds to edit and save, and a minute and a half to probably chuckle heartily and/or scratch himself. And again, it's a joke. You have every right to not find it funny, but other people are going to, because in this odd way, things are becoming eerily similar. Anyway, Mr Reynolds, did Bryan jump at the chance to work on the book with you, or did he say no? And Like I said, I don't find it f***ing funny! Why? Cause I hear a variation of this s*** every f***ing day of every f***ing week of every f***ing month of every f***ing year, and now I'm suppose to relax cause " dear old Mr. Reynolds" made it?! No, I won't! Why the f*** should humor anyone when I find this f***ing stupid?!? Are you seriously telling me that I have to take this s*** even when it's stupid?! Okay, a couple of things... 1: You could have avoided a lot of this by simply avoiding the thread after your initial viewing. You complain about what was posted and the reactions, but come back for more. If you had such an issue with what everyone said, why would you suffer(so to speak) through more of it? 2: I will make it my goal to tell you every f***ing day of every f***ing week of every f***ing month of every f***ing year that one plus one equals two. I figure that if you hear TWO completely obvious things a day, it might ease the blow. |

Yes, Sinister did go over the deep end a bit. That said, I do agree that the "TNA hate" is starting to get old. Honestly, it seems like this anymore: Person #1: TNA sucks, brother! Person #2: TNA really sucks, dude! Person #3: Brother Bruti for TNA champ! Person #4: Russo is a moron that got Jim Cornette fired! Person #5: TNA is WCW and anyone who denies it is an idiot! Person #6: If the WWE made a "Rise and Fall of TNA" DVD, it would only be ten minutes long! Sinister: Actually, not everything Russo has booked in TNA was bad. He did have a hand in... <snip>. Besides, the reports say that Russo was a gentleman. Cornette was the ass. Also, I seriously doubt that Brother Bruti will show up. The Nasties were only there to do a "legends feud" with Team 3D and were fired after three months anyway. Everyone: Shut up Sinister! We have a right to our opinions! Stop censoring us! You're such a mark that you can't see the truth when it's right in front of you! Again, I'm not saying that it happens exactly like this. It just feels like it. Look, I understand the "if you don't like it, don't read the TNA threads" arguments. But it's kind of hard to avoid also exists in places that have nothing to do with TNA, including threads about Bryan Danielson, Bret Hart, and for some reason, Indiana Jones. So yes, he did temporarily lose his cool, but it doesn't mean you have to make him feel like a total nutjob. Things don't happen in a vacuum. |

I haven't said this often in the last five months, but I'm actually with Sinister1 here. The "TNA is going to die" stuff was old in 2003, and the comparisons to WCW were going on back then. Comparisons to the book in question have been going on for a while.
I don't find this thread funny, original or clever, though it's not worth getting angry over.
