So I am watching the HBK V Taker match and I am slightly perplexed by the closing minutes of the match.....
Taker goes to do the throat slash but stops....why? Don't get me wrong, when it happened I thought oh oh, Takers lost the killer instinct but I could be wrong.
Would like to hear others opinions on this.
Also, if you like, mention your favourite in ring phsycology scenarios, methods, moves etc

A couple of weeks before the match between rey mysterio and the undertaker(royal Rumble?) there was a promo where Rey Mysterio called out the Undertaker. Really I believe that whole promo could have been done with out either one saying a word. One of the main themes of thier fued was that Rey Mysterio was not afraid of the undertaker. But was that the truth or was rey simply "whistling by the grave". If you ever have any free time watch this promo on youtube. You would notice that rey mysterio keeps his distance from the Undertaker the whole time he is telling the undertaker that he is not afraid and that he will defeat him. You can see the skepticism in the undertaker's face before he delivers his usual speach about resting in peace. As you watch note that it was the undertaker who walks up to rey not rey walking up to the undertaker as the challenger normally would. But when he walked up rey didn't back away as he had been doing the whole promo. It was as if he had spent the whole time during that promo unsure of himself and in fear of the undertaker but in the end he steels himself and is able to stand toe to toe despite the obvious conflict.
Sorry for the novel that I had just wrote above, but I just loved everything about that promo as there was a lot going on besides the talking.
Okay, this probably won't get any replies but can any of you think of any promos where the story was being told using words and body language?
