Wal-Mart's Dr. Thunder may be the best on there. It tastes a lot sweeter than normal Dr. Pepper, IMO.

around here we have Dr. Weis (Weis store) and Dr. Bob (Giant Food Stores)
Oh, and Blade should use his $9k to buy soda equipment so WCR can make Dr. D... The soda so delicious, it'll slap your tastebuds like John Stossel!

I've had Dr. Smooth and the local brand - Dr. Buzz. Both were basically indistinguishable to me.

What's the WCR episode date where RD listed them off during the haiku segment?

What's the WCR episode date where RD listed them off during the haiku segment? Quite early one (I know for sure it was not from 09 or 10), I know which one you might mean but I'm not sure which one exactly. Let me try to search for it.

I am still looking to the day when we can have the Dr. Who Cherry Cola. Put his companion on the can and it would sell like gunpowder.

I remember one called DR Diablo. IIRC it was the Food World store brand.

I had some Dr. Thunder from Wal-Mart back in the day.
BTW The only place you can get Mr. Pibb AFAIK in the Long Island Area is by going to Chipotle they have something called Pibb Xtra which i assume is Mr. Pibb only with a flashier name, pretty good.

I can never find Mr. Pibb anymore. It always now Mr. Pibb Extra. yup. They only sell it in restaurants now. Damn you McDonald's you found my weakness and now I constantly go there for my Pibb fix. Anyways, yeah most of those are what I'd call knockoffs and generics, but Mr. Pibb is bit better than that. I'd say it's the pepsi to the Dr. Pepper. Or maybe the Mellow Yellow to the Mountain Dew would be more accurate.

Dr. Pop would have to be the worst one I've ever tasted.
Prune juice with carbonation, pretty much.
