How about RD? Blade?
I have the first three and I would really like to see a few more. I'd love to see a book dedicated to what works in Professional Wrestling and/or the Independents. While I know there's little interest in a website detailing with the great things in wrestling, you guys are the only ones who have been able to span the promotions with any level of credibility.
Need I remind you of: "An Idiot's Guide to Pro-Wrestling"? No one want's to believe that the late, great Captain Lou Albano was responsible for that... "work" (take it as you read it, I think Lou knew what he was doing when he wrote the book.). Even Blade's "Revenge of the Black Scorpion" had more credibility.
I enjoy the wit and humor, but there's a lot of wisdom towards the industry to be found in all three of your books, RD and I'd like to see more.
As an aside: I would love it if you and Blade could synergize Wrestlecrep with WWE. Just imagine a WWE 24/7 broadcast:
It could showcase the history of pro-wrestling and allow great workers who were saddled with TERRIBLE Gimmicks, like Mike Shaw, to get some limelight, maybe even a interview spot on the episode.
Vince has the library, you guys have the knowledge and wit, this should sell itself... Realistically, what harm can you guys do to his creative team's reputations that they haven't done already and won't do again???
*sigh* A man can dream, can't he?
Ah well, think about writing another book or twelve, I really enjoy your work and gladly support you every opportunity I get. I've been coming to the site since late 1999 and it's just about required reading for me.
Thanks for all the laughs over the years.
