So what's the best spot for everybody then? I looked at some dates. What maybe bad for me is the end of November to December 6th, as I maybe in Scaffolding school then (though I'm an alternate, but I'm number 1 in line if anyone cancels) or end of January to start of February (which is when I'm actually scheduled). I'm also going to be doing 24 day shifts til Christmas maybe to get my credit card all paid up. So I'm gonna check out my weekends til then. Are there any tentative dates in mind? I'm not entirely sure November-December is the best time to be in Indy/St. Louis. Especially considering how the last two winters have been. Then again, it's better than the 4 feet of snow I get hear. During the winter months (which in this miserable part of Alberta seems to be 5 to 7 months out of the year) I've worked in -20 weather on normal days, a bunch of -30s and even a few -40s until being pulled out by safety. 10 hours a day (well, not counting warm up breaks, and times in for coffee break I guess, lol). But yeah, when you wake up in the morning and you say, wow, -16, it's gonna be a nice day today, you know you've got a good handle on winter. Or you're pretty messed up.

A few points...considering...
A) RD and myself have both been in the wrestling business, as well as members of the WrestleCrap Radio family (Trash and Peter Gazer, and to a lesser extent, Don Mason).
and
B) I own a wrestling ring, have access to a dirt cheap venue and am friends with lots of active workers in the midwest.
...if this thing didn't involve me and RD booking the most WrestleCrap-tastic-themed show ever, as well as me and RD together in the ring for the first time...well..anything other than that would be a letdown, IMO.

I've officially changed the name of my wrestling Han to "Nerf Hurter." I formally bow to thee. You truly are the king of kings ... of insane, crappy wrestling booking. Jed Shaffer ~The wrestling Luke should have a finisher like a gorilla press slam called the Power Converter, and he whines about going to Taashi Station while doing it. Get it? Picking up power converters at Taashi Station! Yes, I went THAT FAR for a lame Star Wars joke.

Thanks, Jed! Definitely have to use the Power Converter finisher.
Since my "comeback" to the indy scene in March, and meeting a lot of indy guys who are open to wacky ideas, I've been jonesing to book the ultimate pop-culture-fueled, gimmicked-out Crap card from hell. Now allow me to steal your gimmick...

Tell me it will be taped and put on DVD. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.
Jed Shaffer ~I stole this gimmick from someone else anyway.
