Hey RD, I was just thinking of the 2001 InVasion debacle, when suddenly another similar angle came to mind; back in 1995, I believe, WCW was under an invasion of their own, having to fend off Sonny Onoo and New Japan Pro Wrestling. If memory serves me right, this all culminated in a 5-match series at that year's Starrcade. Do you remember this at all, and if so, is it considered WrestleCrap?

I wouldn't call it crap. It was innofensive, it introduced a couple new NJPW stars and re-introduced a few who had already been in WCW for spot shows, and it wasn't an invasion. Simply a Japan v. WCW challenge. I liked that Starcade...

WCW Pro Saturday morning show showed mostly NJPW wrestlers beating up jobbers.
