Ironically, the Boogeyman is the guy that tried out for Tough Enough and then was thrown out because he lied about his age. Let this be a lesson to you wannabe wrestlers; you lie about your age in the WWE and you'll be given a crappy gimmick in OVW and WWE. My favorite part of him getting thrown out of Tough Enough was because the WWE rep (I don't remember who it was) said "We don't like liars!" I laughed for a week at that one. RD I think it was either Jim Ross, Al Snow, or maybe Kevin Kelly. yeah I laughed at that too.

I cant wait to see what the WWE also has in store for us as far as bad gimmicks. Its 2005, 10 years after 1995, a year filled with crappy gimmicks. Coincidence....I think not. Well, you got a bodybuilder narcissist (Luger/Masters), a fitness guru (Dean/Skip), a-I don't know (Papa Shango/Boogeyman), a "special" person (Evad Sullivan, Eugene, though I think Eugene's really good), among others. Yep, 2015 will also be Wrestlecrap caliber

It's nice to see Beast Man was able to find work after Masters of the Universe was cancelled. Maybe Orko can be his manager.

its gonna be that he outs midcard stars, telling them in promos what their fears are, and then when they face each other the boogetyman will some how incorporate their fears into the match, and when they beat the boogeytyman it will be as if they have conquered their fears.

I think it would be awesome if they had him come out for his debut wearing a pair of pants with the a** cut out so you can see his bum, and he does an idiotic dance shaking his thang around, and Vince McMahon comes out and reminds him that he is supposed to be the Boogy Man, not the Booty Man.
Am I the only one who is dissappointed that they have been using all these great vignettes for guys like Boogy here, and Chris Masters, and Kenzo Suzuki, to name a few, and yet they seem to just universally waste them on horrible wrestlers? I mean, I think the Boogy Man's vignette was awesome, just looking at the image above totally takes away any coolness factor it had.

Yes, WWE Creative knows EXACTLY what their fans want. And what THEIR fans want is a black man with horns and heavy makeup pretending he is someone we all stopped being afraid of after the age of 6.

Personally, I can’t WAIT for this guy to show up on WWE TV. If we are lucky we will get an awesome Shockmaster-esq intro from him. Now that would be cool. Honestly at least this is the type of Wrestlecrap that is mildly amusing. In the end The Boogie (not Bootie ) man isn't really going to hurt anything or anyone other than the man playing the character. Yes it's going to suck, I mean who honestly thinks a 40 year old black man dressed up in face paint and horns pretending to be the freaking BOOGIE MAN is going to get over. But it's going to be entertaining, something you can laugh at. Unlike (what I like to refer) to as Crappy Wrestlecrap, that would be things like Triple H humping a dead mannequin in a coffin... and the Diva Search. Things that just flat out suck and make me want to turn the TV off. See the difference? Wrestlecrap = Funny bad shit, like Repo Man and Duke "The Dumpster". While Crappy Wrestlecrap = Katie Vick and Al Wilson. At least that is how I see it. So to sum things up, Boogie Man... I can't wait for you to grace my television set!

Is it just me or was there no Boogeyman promo on Raw this week. Did I just miss it. Did they show one on Smackdown. Maybe they've decided to drop it.

nope, there wasnt one on Raw, but there was one on Smackdown. I think they have decided to debut him on SD because he is set to work house shows with Bob Holly.
Which means he may not even survive his first house show tour. Im sure Spark Plug will have some valuable lessons for the Boogeyman.

Yes, like: - don't borrow Holly's rental car and get an out of state Parking ticket - when being throw outside the ring, try not to land shoulder first - don't get into a chopping fest or work stiff with Bob, that's his job - don't mention the words "Tough Enough" or "rookie" - if Holly grabs a chair in rage, run for the hills.... - Pray your on his good side, least he will sell for you unless your name is Mordecai.

Was the Smackdown vignette a new one or a replay. When is he actually going to debut. Maybe he never will and that will be part of his gimmick.
