Mainly yeah, like in another thread I was talking about how commercial the phrase "rock-star" has become and I used the eye roll emoticon as a snarky way of disgust mainly.

90% of the time, it's snarkish and rude. I can't believe some people actually like that emote

Sometimes snarky but other times to mean like "hear we go again" or something like that.

I associate that particular emoticon with breaking wind and blaming the dog, cat, or other pet.

I just posted to say that the word "snarky" and its variants are slowly killing mankind.
And yes, I mean Mick Foley. Do you want to be responsible for destroying a good man like Mick Foley? Purge "snark" from your vocabulary...think of the past their prime garbage wrestlers who need it.

Maybe not, but I don't care either way. I'd be happy if I never saw the little yellow prick again.

I'd be happy if I never saw the little yellow prick again. You could just not watch the Simpsons' Movie again.

I don't think you can eliminate snark from the internet. Even without emoticons it would exist in some form.

On this Conspiracy Theory board I used to go on whenever I, or one of people who believed what I did (not going into it) the condescending ***** used that piece of ****.
Sorry, they just annoy me. xD

No, it pretty much ALWAYS means "You're an idiot." *prepares to get eye-rolled at*

It sometimes isn't used in a condescending way, but most of the time it is meant negatively. (see board, TNA)

I think I use it in a similar way to the facepalm.
