Something new to hate every week, eh? God, how terrible of TNA to use established stars to put over their own talent! I thought it was about 8.5, but I'll err on the side of generosity and give it a 9. Opening segment could have been a bit longer, making room for Angle and Anderson but other than that solid show. Would you care to point out to me where the established stars put over their homegrown talent? Because the only homegrown talent I really saw on the show jobbed to RVD and Hardy It's not Abyss, Lethal Lockdown is Team Hogan v Team Flair, not Team Abyss v Team Sting It's not Eric Young, the way RVD and Hardy sold it made it look like it was a shock and beneath them. Jarrett and Foley are already established. The only two I can make concessions for are Pope and Rob Terry and really who besides the management gives a s*** about Rob Terry? Yes, it's "Team Hogan vs. Team Flair" but neither one of them will be competing. In the process, Abyss, AJ, Pope and likely Wolfe along with a few other guys are getting the rub by being associated with some of the biggest names in the industry. Just common sense, really. Likewise, EY is being associated with Hardy and RVD, as well as the reformed Wolfpac. Terry, as you mentioned, is being pushed. I'm not the biggest fan, but the guy is a specimen and TNA lacks those. Moreover, Morgan came over a super-heel tonight as a result of the Hernandez angel. When SuperMex returns, he's likely to get a solid pop and a good program to boot. Beer Money, again, were in the Main Event against two of the biggest names in the industry. Just terrible, terrible booking TNA.

I guess we must agree to disagree then because I just don't see things that way and I don't really want to bring the board down into a huge argument

Foley, Jarrett & Bischoff drug the whole show down.
Abyss/Hogan and Styles/Flair in the battle of who gets to steal a gimmick more wins the TNA Title (Jay Lethal stomping on his hat somewhere).
We all get to see that Morgan was right and that Hernandez is the weak link on the team with the carbon footprint to put down Hernandez (Randy Orton fears for his gimmick).
HarVD vs Beer Money (Bischoff asked the same question I did - who authorized this match?) to close - which is refreshing to not see a bloody old man convulsing in the ring to end the night.
I gave it a 5. The booking made a lot more sense this time, but they featured a lot of TNA wrestlers that I never wanted to see in the first place. Foley, Bischoff, Jarrett, Tomko, Terry, Pope, Morgan, Flair, Abyss, Hogan, Hardy & RVD are all the worst parts of TNA to me.
But a solid 5. Not the total disasters that the last 2 shows were, but they've done a lot better before.

I like Big Rob and I like how they are smart enough to not have him go long.
One thing I have learned in the last two weeks are the people who like TNA really really like TNA. And those who don't really really don't.

I gave it a 9. Like someone else said, all the matches were good and yes, there was a lot of focus on Easy E, but I think that it's just a base for what's going to happen down the road. Good show for sure and i'm glad I didn't waste my time on RAW.

But suffice to say a good 85-90% of the show tonight was filled with the things that frustrate me about the TNA "New Era"

I give it an 7.8 out of 10, I think they needed to have something between Angle and Anderson. Cause I'm sure that feud is far from over.

Cheers. And Rob Terry is ****%@♪ terrible.

8. I loved the show this week, but I wished there was a little bit of Anderson/Angle.

Matches were long and enjoyable. We finally saw some resolution and progression to storylines. I'd say it was a good show.

For whatever reason Impact tonight was very average (I voted it a 5 as from 1-10 5 is average). Both Raw and Impact couldn't hold my attention and I would give both shows a 5.
Things I liked well Jarret and Foley was decent, the Main Event was really good, BTLS getting punched in the face by Foley was nice, and the Knockouts were solid as always.
A lot of the show seemed to be pointless which is why I guess it couldn't really hold my attention much. Also where is Samoa Joe why are they not building up the fact that he is gone? Bischoff (And I like Bischoff) is getting a little too much airtime with the same guys.
I really wish Bischoff would interact with others besides Foley and Jarret and the occasional Hogan segment. Every time I see the guy on screen its the same thing. He is a good talent but anyone only talking to the same 2 or 3 people is going to get stale quick.
Overall I am not feeling the show but I am not hating it either. General opinion seems to be very favorable however.

I can accept that, maybe I am harsher than I need to be, certainly things like saying "Worst Impact Ever" will get a lot of peoples defences up. While those statements are truly what I believe and I stand by them it can also be seen as flamebaiting. It's just that I want TNA to be that alternative that I used to love, because the WWE isn't targeting me any more with its product, I want to love TNA like I did in the last three months of 2009 and at the moment all they're doing is frustrating me and disappointing me. I mean.....I respect that the general concenious is differing to my own and that's why I try (Not always succeeding but try) to not drag things down into an argument. But I think a lot of it comes from frustration and pain, which can be worse than hatred. Frustration and pain that something I loved so much could become something I hate so quickly, I keep watching cause I want to believe they'll see the light and change and yet every week I question why I bother more and more.

The small amount of Impact I watched, I was cringing half the time and laughing the other half. Cringing because despite showing up and cuffing Hogan to the ropes...we assume...Sting sat on the turnbuckle, pointed his bat, laughed a little, and walked away. Don't worry about watching your partner's back. Not like this is TNA, where run-ins are a way of life, or anything. Cringing because if Bischoff wanted to protect his boys in Beer Money, he could have grabbed that microphone he had not 30 seconds earlier and said "I don't think so, RVD and Jeff Harvey," instead of wondering out loud who authorized the match. Laughing because Tomko looks like he went to train with Chris Harris. Laughing becuase Flair + wheelchair antics = comedy!

Average rating from the crappers at the moment seems to put the show at a 6.3.
