New blog. This one from...Grizzly Redwood? 6/15/2010: The Roughnecks were a relentless force in CHIKARA. Made up of three of the ruffest, tuffest, fightnest men in wrestling. A triple stack of gritty flapjacks! Tag team after tag team fell to us faster than pines at Christmas...and the Campeonatos de Parejas were within our reach! Then Brodie decided to start taking me lightly. Pushing me around like I was some kind of joke! So we lost. Then Brodie slipped and booted me square in the face...not just once...but twice.  Brodie, you took me lightly and you definitely underestimated me. Well, now I'm going to make sure that never happens again. King of Trios was only the start, big man! You destroyed a great run too soon because you never saw me as your equal. Well, if I have to chop you down to size to show you the error of your ways, I guess that's what ol' Grizz is gonna have to do. I've got something to prove. But before I get to you Big Rig, I'm going to prepare myself by clearing a path. So CHIKARA, go find me the biggest timber in your forest. I'm gonna knock him down. GR |
