It's been said by others and I'll say it too:
BEST: Ultimate Warrior (Especially '92) and Demolition WORST: Sting in red, and I've never liked Jeff Hardy's either.

My favorite is is Ultimate Warrior, Sting, Animal, Goldust, and Demolition. Powers Of Pain's face paint was simple but pretty well done. Some lesser known to U.S. audiences is AAA's Dark Family(La Secta) members Dark Ozz and Espiritu. Espiritu Dark Ozz Dark Ozz's is especially good because if you watch him on a video it almost seems like it glows.

I was always partial to Warrior's, but I think Goldust did the coolest designs and experiments with his.
I also liked Roddy Piper's at WM6, though that's really more than just face paint.

I've always disliked Sara Del Ray's look. That would've been my answer for worst. I mean really, it looks so unnecessary. Nothing against minimal paint in the face (MsChif's is OK) but Sara's just looks silly. Bull Nakano also had rather bad face paint. Most of the time it was just some lines drawn across her face. I always like the Road Warriors and Ultimate Warrior of course. Warrior was always creative. The short-lived Pain Sting had in TNA was great. I wonder why he stopped using it quickly and reverted back to the boring Crowd Sting Jeff Hardy's always looks stupid, but it fits his stupid looking clothes.

I would also like to mention The Juicer for worst facepaint also. Just a strange desine It was supposed to be like Beetlejuice. I know but he did that with white face paint base a couple of black patches on the eyes and what looked like a black mustache painted on

Savage and Luger at Bash of the Beach 1996 was not a good look. I agree. It didn't look right when Savage and Luger both had Sting's facepaint style on them. I know that the two were just going with it as a team thing, but still, it didn't look right. I wasn't too fond of how Jeff Hardy looked with the facepaint style he had at Royal Rumble 2003. It almost looked like he was a total mess. I did like the Headbangers' facepaint. But to this day, I still don't know what their facepaint was supposed to be. Were they supposed to look like they had black eyes as in bruises? Or were they supposed to be black eyes as in not getting enough sleep? I didn't like it, however, when they started going over the top towards the end of 1999, early 2000, but I still don't know what was up with the inclusions of bras and gowns in their gimmick.
