I voted for Wolfe, just for something different. Does any one else find it hilarious that Abyss, the guy who is getting the rub off Hogan, the guy that Hogan said he wants to make TNA's next big star - is getting 2% of the vote. Hogan failed so miserably with Abyss that he's getting 4,634 votes LESS than Rob Terry. Yowza. I think it has something to do with the fact that Hogan acts like nobody used to watch TNA before he came in even though the ratings are the same. He tries to act like Abyss and AJ are these brand new guys when we've already been seeing them in the main event for years. Hulk is absolutely clueless. I voted for Wolfe, someone who is actually an exciting new star in TNA.

Are you trying to say that people watched TNA before Hogan came in and that people don't just watch TNA because Hogan is there thus justifying why he's constantly on screen doing something? I voted for Desmond Wolfe. Just cause.

Right now, Wolfe is killing everyone, Hardy in 2nd, distant 3rd going to Anderson, then Pope. I keep voting for Pope but don't have the patience or time to vote more than a few times for him. I think it's ~HILARIOUS~ that Abyss (2%) is in dead last, even below JJ (3%). I can only hope they'll modify the main event scene accordingly between that, and the Monday rating for the show which featured Abyss/Flair in the main event. I haven't seen ANYONE here in our group even try to make a case for Abyss in the title scene-no one wants to see him there, and apparently no one cares about the character.

I'm not falling for this crap. Every fan voting system in wrestling is either rigged or manipulated by the booker.
Don't be suprised to see 25,000 votes magically appear for Hulk Hogan in the next few weeks, because the "Fans demanded it"

Abyss is a complete joke, this whole gimmic with the rings is future Wrestlecrap. Obviously no one can take him seriously and I don't want him on my tv anymore, I don't think most of the fans do, period. I am completely surprised by Wolfe taking the lead and holding on to it, I think alot of this is because of the internet fans, but also he is a great heel and people want to see that match. I am surprised Pope and Sting are as low as they are, Pope just being popular and Sting with his attack earlier this year and the fact that it is a dream match. Most of all I think people just want to see something new and different.

abyss is lame.
given that, even he would be better than Mr. Anderson, who is terrible at what he does. Just terrible. / shudders
I think they probably want Jeff Hardy to win, but since he's corny I voted for Wolfe.

I voted Wolfe and he was at #1 when I did. Still at #1? Still #1, about 3500 ahead of Jeff Hardy.

Why is Hardy sticking his fingers in his mouth like he's killing himself with two guns on the TNA site? Is that his pose in TNA? Really?

I have one little problem with this whole rankings business. Right about now, we should have a feud building between AJ and RVD for the title, for no other reason than AJ has been the champion for months on end and it simply doesn't make sense for him to go "oh well, I lost the belt, that's life I guess" and walk away. Yet if AJ doesn't come at least in the top 3 in the rankings, I could see something like this occuring backstage.
AJ: So, when do I get my big feud with RVD over getting my belt back?
TNA management: Sorry kid, not going to happen, you aren't popular enough in the rankings.
AJ: So I lose my spot because I'm not high enough on the polls?
TNAM: Yea, that's the way it is.
AJ: But I WAS popular as a face, I was one of the most over faces in company history when I won the belt. I only started to lose popularity when YOU decided to turn me heel and pair me with Flair.
TNAM: Yep, but it's YOUR fault you aren't over anymore. We gave you the ball and you dropped it.
AJ: But I TOLD you turning me heel was a bad idea. I also told you that I didn't think making me Little Naitch was a good idea and that it didn't fit my personality, and you said "we'll see how it goes". So now I'm being made the scapegoat for the lack of success of a character that I never wanted to play in the first place and said I didn't think would work out?
TNAM: Sorry, did you say something? We're just checking out the poll. Abyss is at the bottom, we'll have to do something about that. Now go and get ready AJ, you have a tag match with three other random wrestlers (two of whom are actually in a feud of some sort already). Off you go now.

Yep, it's about neck and neck with Hardy just barely ahead. I had to go vote for Wolfe a couple more times. I really want to see him back in a main event spot in TNA as soon as possible.

I think Wolfe needs these votes more than the others. The reason being that current TNA management doesn't seem convinced that the fans want to see Wolfe. Someone like Pope deserves a title shot too, but he doesn't *need* these votes since Hulk seems well aware that Pope is loved by the fans, and it's a safe bet that Pope will be holding the TNA championship at some point in the future anyway. With Wolfe really been pushed aside for the others lately, I think TNA needs this message sent that the fans have not forgotten Wolfe's awesome feud with Angle, and the fans want more.
