If this isn't a work I am never watching the WWE again. Yeah sure. Is Danielson even his real name?

I'd say it's a work.
But reading that hurts inside... ;___;

What made the nWo angle so good?
It blurred the line of reality and scripted. Kayfabe and legit.
I think that's exactly what is happening here.
However, if that is the case...why weren't the other rookies fired as well?

No offense but I don't get why him being gone (If it's legit) means the N-vasion is doomed Still seven other dudes 5 of whom can actually go in the ring

Heh! It'd be kind of hilarious if it wasn't a work. Bryan kicking Cena's head in was the main thing making me want to watch avidly again. I'd have to laugh (ruefully) if it was a false alarm of potential greatness. Back to apathy, everyone, nothing to see here...

Yeah, it's a work. And kind of a weird one too. Technically, in kayfabe, the dude doesn't even have a contract in the WWE so...he's fired from a contract he never had? The only reason he was allowed to come back before was for special 'one off' contracts and stuff like that. So...yeah, slightly confusing. That is the fun part about this, IMO. It could really go either way. If it's a work, than kudos, if not, wow. At the same time, if it is a work (and yes, it is one), it's kind of a strange way to go. Storyline purposes, they should be doing that to Wade Barrett seeing as he's the only guy with an actual contract AND a MITB style title shot. That's just me, though.

I'm starting to wonder if this angle is heading into Brian Pillman territory

And how they just call him "NXT first season rookie." By the way, where is this posted? Because it's not hereI put the link in the op and just under the main frame on WWE.com with the rotating stories, there is a tab for WWE News and it is the first one there.

However, if that is the case...why weren't the other rookies fired as well? Because they've been working the internet with Bryan specifically from day one. Cole ripping on him like a smark stereotype of WWE Getting jobbed out. Calling out the fact that he was more experienced than his WWE mentor. Having him call out WWE's "home-made" pushing practices. It fits the pattern.

I'm afraid it's for real. Why did he change his twitter page to his real name then?

I'm afraid it's for real. Why did he change his twitter page to his real name then? Why did he bookend the change with a tweet referencing Barrett's "winds of change" comment?

I'm afraid it's for real. Why did he change his twitter page to his real name then? Because they are working us. That is why they have these Twitter accounts set up for these guys, they are not personal accounts, they are professional ones. If he was leaving WWE, they would have shut it down before he could have done anything, just look at them pulling profiles and blogs on .com after people are fired.

I can easily see this playing into Raw though with Danielson interfering in a random match and running off (kind of like at the beginning of the WCW invasion) while Michael Cole goes nuts about him being fired.

I commented earlier that I think this may be legit. Well, if I am wrong (and I hope I am), then I give kudos to WWE for taking this new angle to another level. We ALL have to wait and see.

If it's a work, it's brilliant to keep the internet fans guessing.
