First I should state, I love Sheamus and think he's doing great but, I agree he is missing something, I think that something is credible wins over guys like Cena, Hunter and Orton. He got the win on Trips at Extreme Rules which works for me but, his wins over Orton are from failed Legacy interference and over Cena because of Nexus and luck. Give him some legit wins over top guys and he'll look like one.

Even his mic skills are pretty good for a guy who is foreign. .
You do realize the the native tongue of Ireland is English? Actually kid, the national language of Ireland is Irish and English. It's in Bunracht na hÉireann.

All Sheamus is missing is the fan who was cheering him one when he killed Jamie Noble.

Honestly, he's missing a character. I feel like I don't know anything about him aside from his Irish-ness. Even the name they gave his pumpkick, "the Brogue Kick," is devoid of personality. The lone personality trait they've given him is aggression, but its pro-wrestling, isn't everyone aggressive?

Give him some legit wins over top guys and he'll look like one. Even the Trips win is questionable, since it took FOUR pump kicks to take out Hunter WITH a damaged wing. Even the mighty Cena's fallen to just the one. I seriously think that buried Sheamus more than helped him.

Um, could it have something to do with the fact that he has barely been there an entire freaking year and he has already been world champ multiple times?

What, may I ask, is wrong with being foreign? Do you have a problem with those of us who do not share the same country on our birth certificates as you?

Chill out, he didn't say anything was wrong with it, he's just apparently unaware that people in Ireland are native speakers of English (as well as Irish).

I think they're saving war facepaint and swords for his Wrestlemania main-event entrance in two years time.

I think they're saving war facepaint and swords for his Wrestlemania main-event entrance in two years time. The idea has crossed my mind before, and I'd LOVE this. I do think a simple-but-iconic facepaint design, like Warrior's or Sting's, is the sort of thing that really could propel Sheamus to megastardom.

The opening part of his entrance theme, and the cape thing he used to have in FCW.

It's not the language, it's the very thick accent that comes with being foreign. Geez.

He needs a face turn and a leprechaun sidekick.
I think he's almost there now actually, his character is growing as he's showing not always serious and it looks like his arrogance/naivety will lead to his downfall.
