It's a well known fact for anyone who's read anything I've said about Survivor that I adore Boston Rob. He's far and away my #2. I think he's fabulous. There is only one he can't overcome and that is Changa Also: Yeah, I usually just say scoreboard for Sandra and leave it. This.

Please, I have yet to hear a single valid argument as to why she deserved to win over Parvati in HVV

And trust me I would have rather Parvati won too. But as much as it hurts us as fans to admit sometimes... "because she did" kind of is the ONLY argument needed.

Please, I have yet to hear a single valid argument as to why she deserved to win over Parvati in HVV Because she did. And trust me I would have rather Parvati won too. But as much as it hurts us as fans to admit sometimes... "because she did" kind of is the ONLY argument needed. Only it's not the only one here. The reason Sandra won over Parvati is simple - Parvati flaunted and gloated about the things her and Russell did - the things that got all those heroes votes out. Her and Russell were cocky and showy - that will never translate to a win. Instead of doing that, she should have distanced herself from him. She didn't and it bit her. And frankly, that's her reading the room very poorly. Socially, that's a giant misstep and one Sandra didn't make. Sandra, on the other hand, tried time and again to execute her strategy and it was the HEROES who kept getting in her way. They didn't listen, didn't trust her and when they fell one by one like dominoes, they saw Sandra was not only being honest with them, but that she was right. They saw she played the game too, only her game tried to include them and not make them feel like s***. You know, the way Russell and Parvati did when they'd make fun of the heroes to their face by mocking the letter JT (but really, they together) wrote - that's something that actually happened and happened repeatedly. So, there. There's your valid argument.

And on Parvati, specifically after the game one or two of the Heroes told a story about how after JT was voted out Russell and Parvati would sit around the fire at camp and continuously read JT's letter out loud and made sure to do it in front of everyone. They spent days endlessly mocking him to people from his old tribe, who would be voting on who won at the end. Stuff like that is why people who try to paint Parvati as this amazing social player and god's gift to Survivor lose me. She didn't just lose because of bitterness or because Russell's stink was on her. I mean it was, but she happily cuddled up beside it and got it all over herself. The only credit I give Parvati was trying more than once to tell Russell's stupid ass that they needed to get rid of Sandra because she knew how liked she was by the other side. I don't know if she was aware of how much Sandra was trying to assist the Heroes from the merge on, but she knew what the end result could be if they took her with them. Russell did what Russell does and dismissed it. Both of them played way too stupidly to win that game.
