Almost all original WWF PPV's from 1985-2000. With some exceptions, you can't get an unblurred/hacked copy on DVD, at least in the UNITED STATES.

Twas a fantastic scene, no idea why it was cut. I've also always wondered why the DVD never had the extra scene they added to the TV version, when he first goes back to Collier County and goes to a local bar before visiting the Finkle residence. Not even as a deleted scene! You'd think they'd put that in somewhere. Hoping for a Blu Ray release of both Ace movies though, they really oughta do that as those were the movies that really launched his career into the stratosphere.

Exactly ;D and the scene when he went back & visited his hippie friend in the basement of the C.C. concert; and as he is about to exit the Cannibal Corpse concert; he sees the guys who helped kidnap Marino; they spot him and they start to chase him which had the hilarious scene of Ace singing with Cannibal Corpse "Gotta go guys, I got a date with your MOTHERS!!!!!!!!!" ;D Hopefully it will be re-released w/ the deleted scenes

Wow, I was JUST having this converstaion last night...
The Bond movies up until Die Another Day... I refuse to buy the rest on dvd. They are MEANT to be a bit cheesy and that just doesn't translate to dvd.

I can't stand movies on VHS now - the pan and scan crap really bothers me. I want to see the whole picture, as it was intended by the director. What I do like though are old shows on VHS (that I had recorded). I loved watching them and seeing commericals from the time the shows were taped.
I also love old records that have scratches on them. It gives the music a special sound that makes it seem better somehow. Not all the time, but with some songs they sound absolutely magical.

I never did get that Warner Bros. ballcap. Maybe I should check their website and see if they still have it!

I'll agree with Batman. I found that and the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS recently and picked them up because my DVD copies just aren't the same. Also, any Indiana Jones movie seems better on VHS. And the Goonies. Although it seems like my copy has an extended scene where mouth is mistranslating to rosalita and completely cuts the animatronic octopus scene out (though they still reference it later).

I still got the original and special editions of the OT Star wars movies on VHS but no VCR no more. And I used to love that Batman commercial I used to watch the Batman 89 all the time

I expect that one will be out on Blu soon.

Also: Ace Ventura: Pet Detective Simply because the scene with him talking with the reporters about Snowflake is cut off of the DVD I still don't understand why they left that out of the DVD The Reporters scene was not in the original theatrical cut, to my knowledge, but was added in for PPV and the VHS. There are the other scenes referred to that are added in for the tv viewing as the movie is a little short otherwise. If you can track down the original DVD of Ace Ventura it has the Reporters scene. The newer DVD is the straight theatrical cut without it. Add me to the list wanting a DVD or Blu Ray with all the scenes available.
