I'm a huge Arrested Development fan, but even I have to admit that some of the episodes in the 2nd and 3rd season were downright bad. I know that had to rush stuff at the end, but some episodes just seemed really pointless.
On that note, I think Seinfeld was a perfect show. Even the "so-so" episodes had really funny moments to keep them from being "bad".

I'm Alan Partridge, there were only 12 episodes but each was excellant. Also, I can't really think of a bad episode of Top Gear. The caravan holiday. So horribly over produced and scripted. There are a few other episodes which suffer from the same thing, but that's the main one. The Middle East special last night was rather underwhelming and had the dumbest ending I've ever seen. Some people have said that the Vietnam special (the guys ride crappy motorcycles across Vietnam and fairly obviously scripted hilarity ensues) a couple of years ago was a load of crap as well, but I have a soft spot for that one because it was the first time I ever saw Top Gear and kind of got me into the show in the first place.

Every episode of Chuck is bad. I'll never understand the love for it.
